That's funny because we were just talking about this the other day. I said that I wouldn't care because all women's bathrooms have closed stalls so you wouldn't see anything. Now if you started looking over or under the stalls then there might be a problem.

I don't know that there are any laws against it, but I imagine it's proably frowned upon.

If it's a single toilet restroom (such as one at Waffle House, a gas station, etc.) and someone was hogging the men's room, I don't know why you couldn't use the women's toilet. It's only one toilet and the door locks, so it's not like you're going to be going into a huge restroom with 15 toilets and scaring a bunch of women.

GO AHEAD!
A women got arrested once for using the men's restroom at a crowded concert some years ago...so see how lucky you get.
Personally if all the restrooms have doors who cares?
I mean I see little boys in there all the time, and they are just SMALL/YOUNG MEN!

If women are using the mens room when you are at the urinal, they are breaking the law. I would report it, not just stand there...
well, when you are finished report it. And no, not a good idea to go into the womens room either, you could get maced.

Most public places like malls will escort you off the property and tell you not to do it again but if the head of security or the prperty manager wants to be a tool you can be charged with tresspassing.

When you try let us know how it works out for you.

I have never seen law about this in my life. The women's restrooms are always so much nicer anyways ... why bother with the boy's pisser?

They should have a "General Public-Heathens room, Men's Room & Women's Lounge.

well accidently or when directed to do so by management an apology is expected! I know in Europe they share the facilities but also made accommodations for both genders( e.g., Stalls will be bigger to aid the Obese to adjust their clothing behind the door).

I'm trying to figure out if you're serious...

Yes, there are rules. Sounds like you'd just like to get up close and personal with lots of women. Nothing wrong with that, of course, as long as those women want to get up close and personal with you, too....

Do yourself a favor and stick to the men's room. You may find yourself getting arrested as a sex offender otherwise.

I was in wal-mart one time and a man accidentally went into the women's rest room and the police were called he could have went to jail, but I don't know the law on it. Good question

That's what they call a "double standard". There will always be some uptight broad who will blow the whistle because you saw her touching up her make-up. I mean jeez, all the business takes place in the stalls anyway, behind closed doors...
