I was reborn about three months ago and I sinned... won't get into details... but now at church I don't feel the spirit anymore and He used to use me all the time. Do you think He's punishing me or I am paranoid and just punishing myself from guilt? I wasnt to fix my relationship with God.

They listened to every word that he said, knew him for an eternity in heaven before their fall from grace, and knew that he would rise again sealing his doom. Why did they party so hard for? There should of been weeping gnashing of teeth, not hysterical laughter and merry making.

Since there are some Christians, and other religious persons, and some non-believers, who won't allow their world views to be changed by reading my questions or answers, would it be fair of me to whenever I see their avatar, skip over, and never consider them for reading or best answer?

Would that be fair? Since it isn't technologically available to me to put them on an "ignore"; could I actively ignore them?

Should I send an email and say, "Sorry, I'm not going to convert to your religion/atheism; and from now on when you answer my question I am going to skip over it"

Would that be fair? Why or why not?

Are we going to go through another Noah situation only much more burny this time around, because it appears in the text that there is going to be a few of us left behind (no pun intended) after all golden bowls, and flaming censors, and the earthquakes, and the opened scrolls, and the horsemen, and the dragon, and a partridge in a pear tree happens. Or perhaps we'll be going through another Exodus situation where this imminent mass destruction is meant to eliminate all but a few old faithful to make way for God's revising of Man's way of thinking and living?

personally I think it's a flawed system, there are several cases where people have been exicuted and evidence found later to clear them, and people who have been sitting on death row for years, finally released because of new evidence....how can anyone find enough evidence to actually kill someone, unless they have actually confessed.....We should not be exicuting anyone until our system is fail proof

My fiancee Greta and I are both catholics and want a church wedding with a priest.

But we are not sure if the catholic church will allow the wedding in church because of Gretas line of work, adult entertainment.

She was working at the Buena Vista Massage Parlour, one of the top establishments on the ring road. They dont accept rough women, so you get the picture that Greta is classy.

Because of a business disagreement with the BV, Greta is now more freelance, under the guidance of her business manager Rico. Rico is a decent sort, a catholic too, and always has a gold cross hanging from the chain around his neck next to the silver bullet.

Neither of us inject.

So you can see we live good and proper.

Can anyone advise what the catholic church might say?

Are beautiful, first of all, but, my question is: if you're black/white, how would you decide what race you'd chose to be known as? What I mean is:
whatever benefits you to get better jobs, etc,or to be able to go into any small town without feeling like everyone is looking at you?(this is the racist small town I live in, my bf is Korean and they look at him like he's got 2 heads sometimes)
Or the awesome culture of the Afroamerican race?
Don't say, race doesn't matter and all that bs..
It's just a hypothetical question for fun.

Josiah was a godly king in Israel. However, before he came to power, the nation had fallen into all kinds of evil. One man, Manasseh, had brought the nation to a condition of inexorable evil. God finally had enough.

Therefore this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: I am going to bring such disaster on Jerusalem and Judah that the ears of everyone who hears of it will tingle. I will stretch out over Jerusalem the measuring line used against Samaria and the plumb line used against the house of Ahab. I will wipe out Jerusalem as one wipes a dish, wiping it and turning it upside down (2 Kings 21:12-13).

Josiah came into power just before this judgment. He began to clean up the evil by burning all the idolatrous temples, ridding prostitution and homosexuality from the streets, and destroying occult shrines. He did this without the benefit of even reading God's Word, but through the Holy Spirit working in his heart. Then one day the ancient Scriptures were discovered in the temple that had lain dormant for years. They had a profound impact on King Josiah.

When the king heard the words of the Law, he tore his robes. He gave these orders to Hilkiah, Ahikam son of Shaphan, Abdon son of Micah, Shaphan the secretary and Asaiah the king's attendant: "Go and inquire of the Lord for me and for the remnant in Israel and Judah about what is written in this book that has been found. Great is the Lord's anger that is poured out on us because our fathers have not kept the word of the Lord; they have not acted in accordance with all that is written in this book" (2 Chronicles 34:19-21).

Josiah was broken. He tore his robes in repentance. He fell to his knees and repented for the wickedness of his nation. He stood in the gap, and God honored Josiah; however, it wasn't enough. God still had to judge the nation for its previous wickedness under the reign of Manasseh.

"Because your heart was responsive and you humbled yourself before God when you heard what He spoke against this place and its people, and because you humbled yourself before Me and tore your robes and wept in My presence, I have heard you, declares the Lord. Now I will gather you to your fathers, and you will be buried in peace. Your eyes will not see all the disaster I am going to bring on this place and on those who live here." ... (2 Chronicles 34:27-28).

God spared Josiah during his reign, but after he died judgment came upon the nation.

No nation is immune from God's judgment. Pray for your nation today. Pray that your nation will have a repentant heart among the leaders and the people.

I actually saw a show last night (30 Days by M. Spurlock, where he had an atheist woman live with Chirstians for 30 days...) Great episode, and I wish all Christians would watch it so as to obtain a better understanding of Atheists viewpoints....but I digress....
I was SHOCKED to see a Christian Theme Park called the Holy Land, where they served Goliath Burgers and other cleverly named foodstuffs, and where they have a DAILY recreation of the crucifiction.... People were actually crying while the guy was "crucified", and clapped when he "rose" from the dead?!?!! Im not even a beleiver, and I find this abhorrent! Marketting scams, using the Bible to make money - it disgusts me.

How do you beleivers feel about a daily recreation of the crucifiction??? Is this something you would go to, take your family?? I cant beleive this place exists!

Some of the poorest countries in the world are Catholic, and these people are popping out dozens of babies each, which they can barely afford to feed. A lot of unwanted children get treated badly and their lives suck, especially if they are born to people who can't even afford to feed themselves. How could God possibly be ok with that? 95% of the population growth in the next few years will happen in third world countries. Millions of children die every day because they have no resouces. If the Catholic Church finally got with the times and approved of birth control, it could do nothing but improve the lives of these people. What do you have to say?

I have also heard it refered to Dominion Theology. I do know that part of this belief is making the USA under the laws of the Bible.
