No, you could still be arrested for indecent exposure, and depending on the apartment complex, for trespassing if the pool is posted no swimming after hours. Plus, it's a danger. In my area, a teenage boy was found drowned at the bottom of a community pool after hopping the fence to go swimming after hours.

You sure can! Just be sure no-one is watching as most people are afraid of nude people. They fear they will be turned into perverts at the sight of a naked human.

Hehe! So you really think that a bathing suit will keep "stuff" out of the water you swim in? Perhaps you don't realize that when someone P's in a pool, it does not stay in the suit. Priceless.

You must have been given a set of rules for use of the pool. It's probably against the rules for a couple reasons. "late late at night", might be prohibited for safety reasons, or so other tenants are not disturbed by noise. The nudity part MUST be against the rules. I wouldn't test this unless you don't mind being asked to move out.

If I came home at 2 a.m. (I work late, too), and saw my neighbor skinny dipping, I'd report him at the rental office, and he could probably get kicked out of the apartments. The place I live is laid back enough that you'd just get a warning for the first time, but evicted for the second.

Kinda pointless if you're alone. Just take a bath.
But if theres girls with ya, and you keep it discreet, I don't really know why someone would have a problem with it. They would have to be watching pretty hard in the middle of the night to catch you, and if thats the case, tell em to turn on the tv or somethin.

Pools usually "close" at 10 p.m., but most apt complexs are pretty lax. As long as you don't wake everyone up, I'm sure you'll be fine. I say get yer naked self in the pool, there's nothing better than swimming naked, specially at night with the stars and the moon.

It's illegal. Fortunately, I have a pool in my private back yard that I have no problem with taking a dip in my birthday suit. Did last night as a matter of fact. :~)

No it's not ok.....you arent being considerate to your neighbors and neighbor's kids...just because it's late doesnt mean people aren't out and about. Find a great pond out in nature to go skinny dipping in, it' much more fun and exhilerating!

Hey that is entirely up to you. If no one is ever there then what would be the problem. If I showed up for some reason I would just appreciate a heads up (no pun intended).
