hi guys i am a MUSLIM i have been(on yahoo question and answer) from1 month and belive me this world still has very nice people i have seen question from people who INSLUT ISLAM but i have also seen that VERY NICE answer given to that question by CHIRSTIAN it shows that every religion has good and bad guys to that people who insult other religion i dont know what religion u r from but try not to INSULT any one religion look at that chirstian guys who uses there brain and answer u dont have no brain i love this guys the good guys(chirstian) and also to let u know to that peopl who insult others religion my gf is a CHIRSTIAN and i am a MUSLIM i respect her and her religion but guys who insultcome on grow up most of NON MUSLIM over here are very nice they dont insult any one when will this war finish between muslims and non muslims when will we have peace i am sorry i have not asked any question but i wanted u guys to know about my fellings thats it coz as a muslim i respect everyone

I'll make this short and sweet. Everytime I post something about Islam, some Muslim comes out of the woodwork and flatly denies the facts I present, even though I offer credible reliable references. They deny deny deny until they are finally cornered with undeniable fact. Then they try to change the subject.

Why is al-taqiyya (lying for Islam) so common these days? I hate liars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've seen lots of people on this board throwing around statements like "your religion is a cult" in a way that's meant to be an insult. So I started to wonder just how much of an insult that really was.

I mean, we hear on the news about Heaven's Gate, or other mass-suicide groups which are obviously bad news, and not good for any neighborhood.

But then I heard someone call the Shriners a cult, and I thought "aren't those the guys that are fun to watch in community parades, and donate millions of dollars to children's hospitals?"

So I don't get it? Are the Shriners not a cult? Or are there cults out there that really do contribute positively to their communities?

(Please note I'm asking this question with a complete disregard with whether their beliefs are right or not, this is is more in regards to having a positive or negative role in society in general).

Why are so many people promoting the Bible as an ecyclopedia Britianica volume? Is it the mystery volume never released, or what?

How do people get into heaven according to the Muslim religion ? I was told that if your "good" deeds outweighed the "bad" you've done, then that meant you went to heaven. In all seriousness, if that is the case, do you believe that you can only enter heaven completely pure and spotless from sin? Since heaven is so holy, only holy entities may enter. (Holy=Pure.)

I really dont understand why people (A)assume things to be true and claim they are or (B) state a false fact as true when it is easlily proven wrong. Im not talking about anyone or religion specifically, but why do people do this?
