The late George Harrison wore this symbol on his clothes. You can see the symbol right on him... just check it on his website.

Ive also seen Sean Lennon wear it, as well as seen photos of it in Harrisons house. Does this have something to do with India or Hindi religion? If so, what is the name of this symbol and what does it mean? THANKS!

the blooming flower is a lotus, a sacred flower that symbolizes peace, on which the God Ganesha is sitting. The one that appears above, and looks like a number three, it´s the sanskrit word OHM, which is a sacred meditation word, often compared to amen, but signifies far more, it is used as a mantra (a word or phrase you repeat in your mind when meditating to get to a higher level of conscience.

I think it has something to do with the Hare Krishnas. It's a lotus flower...something like the eight petalled lotus - chakra I believe.

The OM symbol (on lapel) is a very sacred Hindu symbol. It was the first sound heard in the world. And, it is a sign/symbol of peace.
