two reasons, the universe is a big place. I mean really big. so if they are out there they may not have sent anything we can hear and they may not have even come this way. like i said its a big universe.
Second, imagine there's a pebble in Texas. why would you look for that specific pebble? do you think that pebble is very significant? im sure any sort of bacteria on there would really like to think they're awfully important but to you are they? we are the bacteria on the pebble. to an alien race that can travel the stars, all we are is a source of food/resources/slaves. we have nothing to offer them.

It is quite possible that any alien race elsewhere in the universe may not know about us anymore than we know about them. The Universe is incredibly large and any extraterrestrials out there may simply be too far away. Most people assume that any alien race out there would have to be older and far more advanced than us. What if they're not? In that case, we may never meet.We simply don't know.

Many people believe that there has been contact between humans and beings from other worlds. There's thousands of books, studies, and documentaries on the subject.
Maybe you're looking for a dramatic, loud-speaker type of communication to the WHOLE Human race? (probably a bad tactical move for someone to do to such a war-loving race of beings such as ourselves.)

Because they are way too smart to come down here and say, What's Up? They would most likely get shot down or nuked by our "loving, upstanding" government.
If I was an alien I would steer clear of this place until they had evolved into some higher life form with better thinking skills.

Look around.....would you want to communicate with us? We can't settle our own differences what makes you think that a majority of this planet would be able to accept an alien culture.

There may be intelligent life on other planets—but if so, the Bible doesn't mention it. If there is, it is because God put them there (just as He put us here), and their purpose is to glorify and serve God (just as ours is).
While it's interesting to speculate about life on other planets, it's important to remember that God is everywhere, and although our planet is very small, God has not forgotten us. He made us, and He provided for us by making the world so it would sustain life. Never forget the opening verses of the Bible: "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. ... God saw all that he had made, and it was very good" (Genesis 1:1, 31).
But something happened to the perfect world that God created—and that "something" was sin. Adam and Eve walked with God—but in time they gave in to the temptations of Satan, and they turned their backs on God. And when they did, sin—like a lethal cancer—destroyed their fellowship with God and brought death to the human race.
But God did not abandon us! God loves us, and He was determined to bring us back to Himself. He did this by coming down to earth in the person of His Son, Jesus, who died so we could live. Do you know the God of the universe in a personal way? You can, by opening your heart to Jesus Christ today.

They are too far away to have contacted us. I don't know if we'll ever contact aliens, but the universe is so huge, they have to be out there.
