I have my grandma who is a medium and does healing for a lot of people and a freind who has just started getting into the pagan religion and although they use some of the same tools it looks completely different.

What I'm wondering is what is the actual difference between the two religions????

How many times have you yourself read the bible? Cover to cover. And have you read it in other languages such as Hebrew, Greek or Aramaic?

If you go to the dictionary, don't just cut and paste the entire entry; pick one definition and elaborate from your own ideas. What do you mean when you talk about "faith leading you" or "gift of faith" or "faith in things unseen?" I've made jokes (perhaps in poor taste) about discarding half of your neurons at the door to the church, primarily because faith seems to be defined in opposition to reason. Is such a distinction reasonable?

But for the life of me, I cannot see what he sees in you. I've looked, really, I have tried. But nothing. Zilch. No appeal whatsoever. An embarrassment, really. Painful to be around. You sure Jesus ain't just fukking with you?

I am not speaking of monetary debts but debts of love and friendship. One day it will be said of all of us,"He has died" or "She has died" and we will not get the chance to forgive, to ask forgiveness from those we have offended or to show our love. Why not do it today?

Agnostic here, don't want to change anyones religion.

What are some of the life lessons you learned and where did you get them from? I learned a life lesson from one of my friends 360 blog, he grew up in a working class neighborhood and know lives around rich persons whose children dont have to stuggle, or feel accomplishment.

He also suggested Christianity would be better without the Old Testement, and while I agree Christians quoteing the Old Testement makes little sense it does have a point in their religion, and we can get life lessons from it, but that its not the only source of life lessons.

So what have you learned lately and where and how, so that we can learn from one another and go to those places to learn our life lessons for the day.

I find 'Gay Pride Parades' embarrassing. In fact - I think they are [in reality] 'Transvestite Pride Parades'. [for the most part] They serve little to no purpose [these days - at least] other than to reaffirm the idea that gay people ARE 'unusual' and NOT 'just like everyone else'. To me - a 'Gay Pride Parade' is no different than if there were ever a 'Black Pride Parade' and all the black guys were tap dancing, wolfing down fried chicken and ribs and tossing water melons back and forth. Find that offensive? Why? Because it's a horrible stereotype? Than what do you call a 'Gay Pride Parade'? BUT... that's me. What do YOU think?! Craig!! :o)

It is generally believed that your loved ones are there to met you in the afterlife, and also beievd that after a while in said afterlife, you are born into another body. So, say that your loved one dies a long time before you. Would it be possible for that person to meet you when you pass over to the other side, looking as they did to you when you knew them, at roughly the same time as being in a different body (reincarnated)? I'm no rocket scientist but this seems totally pardoxical, if you see what I mean? Any help with this would be gratefully appreciated....!

Sometimes it is the little things like making coffee in the morning. Sometimes it is the big things like being honest enough to tell the truth even if it might make you look bad. I would like to hear your thoughts.
