The African Slaves were captured and sold by other African Tribes. Many would be slaves died at the hands of their brothers.
The exact number that were brought into other countries is unknown. Some of the Arab nations continued their slave trade into the 20th century.
Most nations and cultures seen that slavery was not economical viable and stopped it in the 19th century.
