Right now Iran and it's president are making a pretty could case. Where else good you find a state-sponsored contest for cartoon celebrating the Holocaust? Clearly Iran is pushing racism to new heights.

In most Middle Eastern countries anyone flaunting anything other than strict Islam (Christianity, Judaism, PDAs, poets, etc) will be either killed by Sharia police or beaten to death by a vigilante mob.

Afghanistan was/is going to kill a man for converting to Christianity. You don't see that everyday -- unless of course you look inside any Islamic nation, where actually you do see it every day.

Of course most of the genocide going on today in Africa has little to do with race per se (except for the slaughter of white farmers who have dared not to abandon their family farms). Generally is either Muslims killing Christians within the same race (although you do see a lot of arab-on-black violence), or one tribe killing another. No less tragic though.

So it is difficult to pinpoint *the* most racist nation, but chances are it is an Islamic Theocracy.
