Why doesn't God end all evil immediately? To end evil God would have to destroy the cause of evil people. In His good plan for people (see below), it is therefore not good to end all evil immediately.

Why doesn't God make people unable to cause suffering?

To do that, God would have to take away our ability to choose. But choice free will is a good thing. In order to love, you must be able to choose to love. Forced love is not love. So to have a universe that included love,

God had to make us with choice, which includes the choice not to love and that makes sin, evil, pain and suffering possible.

Why does God allow natural disaster and disease?
It is a part of a sinful world. God lowered the perfection of creation (from the perfect garden of Eden) to match the spiritual state of those who live here (Romans 8:20-22).

God graciously has sustained people on this earth (allowing them to reproduce, to develop governments and systems to deal with

no offence... but i was reading the bible the other day and this thought came to me.. where i find myself wondering where Jesus is right now..

if he sacrificed himself to take the sins of all christians...
then.. in order to take our sins... he must be in hell right now..
(cos i don't think he'd be in heaven or on earth to be able to suffer and take our sins.)

but i'm just a beginner... I don't think Jesus will go to hell for being a very good person... and that's just wrong to send a good person to hell. but if he takes all our sins for us... wouldn't he be punish in hell for eternity?

could anyone clear up the facts for me?

will be deeply appreciated! thanks!

In modern societies we live in relatively tolerant communities. We take pride in our ability to co-inhabit environments of contrasting values and beliefs. Where we realise that we can live together in peace and harmony, we also feel underlying tensions. We experience religious biases, prejudices and discriminations.

In my knowledge almost all religions preach tolerance towards followers of other religions; and yet every religion very decisively claims for its right of universal acceptance and permeation. Can we call this a construct of hypocrisy? And Tolerance – is it a dream yet to be full realised, or is it just an illusion that we better learn more about.

Odin was hanged on a tree to die, just like Christ. But Odin also created the Earth and mankind, like God. Odin doesn't plan to destroy the Earth and torture most of the people on it, like God. What do you think?

Some people think that religion chat rooms (for example) have to do with christianity only. It puzzles me that even though a chat room can be called "All Faiths", a lot of people still come in there trying to convert, rather than accept those with other faiths (or no faith).

If you walk past a homeless person in at the end of a bad day, they'd be lucky to get a dime. Yet put a dog in the homeless persons hand and you'll see the money fly out of pockets like rain.
