I was reading Mark today, and as I was reading I got the distinct impression that Jesus wasn't a happy fellow. Almost everything he said was critical. I keep hearing people say that Jesus was this cheery person, but it seems to me that he was rather pissed off.

Is God a laid back dude, or is he hardcore strict, or somewhere inbetween? Why do you think so?

The angel met her face to face to give birth of Jesus. Then Jesus was born without father. He had no father.

How almighty the god is - read al-Quran.

Now I realize that Muslims even within their own community will not agree about everything but in my perception when it comes to Muslim vs. Non-Muslims they seem mostly to stand up for each other. Why is this? Is it nepotism? You may ask, why I ask this. Well to my perception when it comes to Israel they are always the bad guys. When it comes to countries that have a dominant Muslim population & a country like the US gets involved, we're the bad guys. And there are the protests and so on and such forth. But when acts of terrorism happen in the name of Islam or a Muslim country tries to subvert or overthrow another country to set up a theocracy, there is very little crying out of the injustice of it all. Again, this is my perception but I sincerely believe if Muslims were not Muslims they would not be overly sympathetic or quite about Muslim vs. Non-Muslim issues. Because of this fact I do not think it is easy for them to understand & be as tolerant and sympathetic to Non-Muslims.

Why do ANSWERS users wait for questions in the hunting category so they can type the same bullsh!t over and over:

"Your sick..."

"serial killers start out killing animals"

"your practicing for humans"

Are these the same idiots who wait near Burger King with picket signs?

Obviously Yahoo Answers allows questions about hunting, so why the fucI< would you morons who love animals so much bothering to look at questions subtitled HUNTING?

You can't even imagine the things I've done to dear, squirrels, birds, pigeons, quail and ducks with my AR-15 with Gemtec silencer (sound suppressor)....

You should get your picket sigs out and protest for them.

Did jesus ever claim to be the son of god? Did he ever say directly "i am the son of god".

And i am confused... is jesus(PBUH) was born in the middle east ... then why do you make his picture(do you really know how he looks like) of him being white? shouldnt he be a little towrds a darker skin... but what ever the skin i dont care... How do you know how he really looks like?

I Respect jesus (PBUH), but i don't see him as son of god.

Other Question:

Why would god have a human looking son.. arent humans sinfull and impure?

Why would god be a male or female (you say hes a male) does that mean women are degraded?

Why would god be a human form? and if he was why would he make us humans? humans are not pure

If Jesus has taken all sin away with him.. this means i can be a Christan's and do all the sins i do and still will be allowed to go into heaven? And if yes that makes no sense

Did Jesus say that he was son of god?

If god has a son why not a daughter? Doesn't that mean women aren't important as men?

The language is probably classified as a dead language as it is said that there are about 300 people in the world that know it. If not, is there any way whatsoever I can learn it - I myself am half Choctaw Native American and I want to preserve the culture.

The Islamic Sharia Law states that a rapist should be sentenced to death. When people hear this, they say ‘How barbaric!’
But when I posted a question, “If your mother/sister/wife/daughter was raped, the rapist brought in front of you and you made the judge, how will you punish him?” This guy (who was the first to answer) replied “Probably Murder” and I put up this question for voters. The voters voted this as best answer.

So now I am asking you, when the solution to a problem can be found in the Quran, you say, no!!! This is stupid when in reality, that is the only one answer! Why? Why such double standards?

If you believe in original sin, then you believe you are responsible for the crimes of your ancestors, right? So does that mean you are eager to pay reparations for slavery? After all, if you are responsible for the sins of Adam and Eve, you are also responsible for sins of your slave-owning ancestors aren't you? (This would be for white christians, of course.)

In Chinese culture, usually it is the bridegroom or a senior of his family who pays for all the expenses - wedding costumes / banquet, etc. (even the down payment of buying the house or apartment)

Detail answers are highly appreciated.

If you don't read the article, then don't bother giving an answer. I will choose the best answer based on how well thought out it was, not on whether or not you share my side of things. Responding without reading reveals you as an ignorant, unintelligent fool uncapable of reading anything that doesn't agree with their opinions.

Now then, I found this article extremely interesting. Especially the fact that its true purpose is to show religion should not be used to prove abortion wrong or right. Religion, the article says, should be kept out of this hot-button issue.

My question is this: Do you agree with what the article is saying? That we should not decide whether or not abortion is ok by using the Bible? Should the rights to abortion be decided purely with logic?

If you post something simple like: Abortion is murder! Or anything like that, you'll quickly be written of as an idiot. I want long, thought-out answers.
