Go over the events of the day. If I feel I have wronged someone, I ask God for forgiveness. I pray for loved ones & not so loved ones. If there's a problem in my personal/business life, I try to make it the very last thing I think about. Oftentimes the solution(s) will appear in a dream.

I Bless the day and all that happened. I Bless my familly. I Bless the sweet sleep I will have and the wonderful day I will have tomorrow. I Bless ALL that is going on in my life, the good and the not so good alike. I know these are the things that make me who I am, and make my life complete and whole. When I get in bed, I give a prayer of thanks to God for the day.
I pray for Him to keep us safe and warm through the night, let us sleep soundly and uninterrupted in order to wake up refreshed and ready to serve Him tomorrow.
Then I go into my prayer list of friends, family, world situations that need God's intervention. I pray for those unemployed or suffering that are from church, for a quiet night and for me, a special opportunity of meaningful work. I am still looking for a job, 8 months.
This helps me to settle in and relax...

turn off the tv and lights, then make sure the fan is towards me full blast, then get in bed turn on my side, close my eyes and go to sleep!

close my eyes, and adjust the "Simply AMAZING TECHNICOLOR, THX eyelids, and ear drums, to get ready for the MAIN FEATURE"!
Shorts, main features, seem to run for about 8 hours. Then, the lights come up, and I have to exit the "FANTASTIC DREAMSCAPE of a BED, that is compleat with a GORGEOUS REDHEADED WOMAN who is my own TRUE LOVE and lifemate, and soulmate..." and then, go out and fight more Vikings of the other clans...

I try to sit in silence and recall any shortcoming and achievements of that day after giving all the achievements to almighty i think i am an angle and sleeping in god's lap. And afther that . And after that. i go to sound sleep. z..z..z..z..z..z
