I went to the mall one day and I was standing there looking at some jewlery. Some guy and his wife/gf-i'm assuming were paying for something. the guy turns around and right there in public starts scratching his crotch---and i've seen a lot of guys do this in public- it's disgusting.
guys, if you can give me a reasonable answer, please tell me
