Ok, I really like Hunter S. Thompson, so I'm going to start carrying around Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas and quoting from it in casual conversation. Praise be to Hunter, all hail HST...

thank you for the compliment. if celebrating my Lord and Saviour in all i do is termed "crazy", then i dont ever want to be "normal". Do you know they said this about Meschach, Shedrach and Abednego? they were the first men to alk through fire and come out unscath! do you know after been called crazy, they were promoted?
so, my dear un-christian lady, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I'm a Christian, Protestant actually. And I have Asperger's. But I do not answer anything and everything with a Bible quote.
But you could make an argument for the 'crazy' part... What else would you call someone who streaked on the beach for a Taco Bell dinner?

We are brain washed. We believe the bible to be the word of God. What is it that you don't understand. What does having Asperger's Syndrome have to do with referencing the bible? And what does it all have to do with being crazy. Define the word crazy. Just because our beliefs are different does not make one or the other crazy.

Doesn't quoting from a 2000 year old book by multiple authors, that has been edited countless times and translated (most likely not accurately) and the belief in a child with a divine father give you proof enough they are right?
Loonies the lot of them.

I don't always quote from the Bible or reference from it. But to answer the question of why we are crazy? Because normal is boaring is all that I can think of. Why be normal when crazy is more fun.

Why do you feel the need to stereotype? It's a weak defense for whatever position you might hold on any topic. You should have learned that in 8th grade.

Nothing backs up superstitious belief like quotes from a book of mythology.

Because God's Wisdom is foolishness to man, but man's wisdom is foolishness to God.
It's all a matter of perspective.
