I went to the mall one day and I was standing there looking at some jewlery. Some guy and his wife/gf-i'm assuming were paying for something. the guy turns around and right there in public starts scratching his crotch---and i've seen a lot of guys do this in public- it's disgusting.
guys, if you can give me a reasonable answer, please tell me

Because men have no shame; women do. Men feel that , look, it is my balls and they itch! I own them, it is mines, so I have to scratch them!
We women do the kindly thing by putting our hands in our pockets and then moving them towards our crotch area so that it would be less obvious. Or, we go to the bathroom, scratch like hell, then wash our hands after we are through. We do it a little more properly. Sometimes, it happens, but, men have no shame.

Think about it like this... We can not control where our balls itch, private or public. That is not a spot you want to have an itch, if you understand where I am coming from. So whether we are in public, private, or wherever else we are going to scratch them. They need to be scratched.

Balls itch, we scratch. We are very simple. We are not as concerned about our appearance as most females. Maybe because females seem to NEED attention, or even worse, they are attempting to attract a suitable male to provide for them.
We don't care what impression it makes on you. We don't even notice you. Have a nice day.

They do this because their companions seldom point out how disgusting and unmannerly it is, or how embarassing it is to be seen with a person doing this. So since they don't get admonished, they continue.
See also the people who pick their noses in public. It's equivalent.

Any "man" boy, who scratches his crotch in public is just doing it to show off, nothing itches down there unless you have a disease.

I know i've seen this happen too. It's sooo bad. They should go in the bathroom and do it..or just learn to control themselves. Guys don't you think our private parts itch too sometimes? But you don't see us girls scratching them...we control ourselves...you can do the same.

Balls get hot & sweaty and therefor itch. They are mine if they itch I am going to scratch them...I see women adjusting their bras all the time - or rubbing their butts!
