I know, it's the thought that counts, but come on, they're just flowers, they really don't smell like anything more than dirt, and they die in weeks if you're lucky. If a girl gave me flowers, I would smile, but I would def. think to myself "What the **** am I going to do with these?" before never calling her again.

Note: The key to a guys heart is food and videogames...oh and tickets to sporting events. Take notes ladies.

I work at a Law Firm and would really like to plan a holiday party where everyone would get involved with an activity. The people that work for the firm are very conservative but do like to have fun at this event. Any ideas, for a fun theme??

I was raised a Catholic but have always been a doubting Thomas... too wrapped up in scientific and logical thinking to "believe" in things as abstract as God, Jesus, Heaven, etc. It just seems too unlikely to me. How do I get over that doubt? I want to beleive, but I just don't seem to have it in me.

Come on and entertain me with your childish answers. You are the ones I'm making reference to. Why can't people on both ends take this thing seriously?

Quiz: Try and see if your assumptions are right or wrong. I will answer them later.Guess something about the following people.
1. Woman wearing long skirt, sleeves to elbows, dark head scarf covers head, simple and plainly dressed.
2. Dirty, messy and poorly dressed man walking around streets talking to no one and sleeping in park.
3.A rich young man suddenly stops wearing nice clothes, working at a great paying job and goes around wearing plain brown sack cloth for clothing. Has no interest in the fun things he liked before.

Are atheists just as "good" or "bad" as believers since even believers still do "right" and "wrong",
Is it just the fact that they don't believe that makes them especially "bad"? What if we didn't have a need for a belief system of any kind except for just the belief of "right" and "wrong" and pratically thinking "good" and "bad", would this world be a better place and would we find more peace in our world? Would it stop all wars if religion and belief of any God of any kind was gone and all our morals were based on the principles of ethics, right and wrongs we can all agree on as human beings living in a civilized world?

I'm determined to create a buzz in our country about bringing back the lost art of common courtesy. Many of us were raised with these practicies, but it seems fewer people know how to be a good "neighbor" these days. What are some of the things you do to be courteous? (remember flicking your high beam to allow another car to pass? or holding the door for a stranger? )

When people pray why do they get mad at God when they don't get the answer they were looking for saying God didn't answer them?

God said he answers all prayers not that you are going to like all his answers. Just because you don't like his answer doesn't mean he didn't answer your prayer. God gives you the answer that is best for you.

Some pray for loved ones not to die or be healed. However, that person ends up dying. God answered your prayer, you weren't listening. He probably told you it was that persons time to go. Maybe he told you that person was going to have a miserable life if the live and you are just being selfish to want them to stay.

Just as I asked this question. I may not like the responses I get but they are still responses to my question and they still exist. So, to those that ask do God answer all prayer? Yes he does. Are you going to like all his answers? No, probably not. But, are they still answers to your prayer whether you like them or not? Yes

Those Law are just for the Jews. Gentiles are not bound by them. The only laws mentioned in Torah for non-Jews are the seven laws of Noahide.

Of course this raises another question, if Jesus came to free us of the law and the law only applies to Jews; how does a non-Jew benefit from his death?
