-Mariposa = butterfly, and is very cute in my opinion. Maybe "Mari" for short.
-Chiquiniño (for a boy cat, Chiquiniña for a girl) = It's double diminutive for "chico" or "chica," and I think it's only used in parts of Spain--that is, I know they say it in Andalucia and Extremadura, but they might use it in other parts of the world as well. It's rough English equivalient would be something like "itty bitty baby boy/girl." (pronounced like chee-kee-NEE-nyo or chee-kee-NEE-nya)
-Sancho Panza = Don Quixote's sidekick. It's just fun to say, try it :).
-Mono = "monkey," or "cute" slangily in some areas. "Monito" would be cute. It's just the diminutive form of "mono" so like "little monkey."
-Mijo/a = "my son, daughter." It's actually a contraction of "mi" and "hijo/a" (and keep in mind that o's are for boys and a's are for girls). "Mijito/a" would also work. (pronounced like MEE-ho/ha or mee-HEE-to/ta)
-Chato/a = "pug-nosed." It just sounds cute to me.
-Muñeco/a = "doll" (moo-NYE-ko/ka)
-Nene/a = "baby"
-Cachorro/a = Well, it means "puppy" which might be cute for a cat, and I just like the word :)
-Bacalao = It means "codfish" but in some places they use it slangily as "lazy person." It's also fun to say. (bah-kah-LOW -- say the LOW as in "allow," rhymes with "how.")
(PS--I don't know how much Spanish you speak, which is why I wrote out the pronunciation for some of the words. If you already knew that, then sorry. But if you didn't, and you need more help with pronunciation, just let me know.)

"Manchas", if it is a calico, or has spots (means "stains" or "spots")
"Tutuli", I don't know what it means but I've heard that name here in Mexico.
"Spot", very popular name for animals (dogs too), pronounced with a long "o".
"Toby", or "Tobi"
