I have trouble understanding the logic of pro-life advocates. If it's to preserve human life, why do you support the death penalty? If it's to preserve innocent life, isn't that discrimination against the other "virtues" such as individualism and self-determination? Isn't it unfair to punish a teenager for one stupid mistake by making her have an unwanted child? Is it fair to make a woman suffer just because you think she should be having a baby? And above all, isn't it selfish to bring unwanted children into the world?
Don't try to push religion in my face on this issue; that's your problem, not mine. I'd also like to point out that the same people advocating anti-abortion regularly place budget cuts on schools and welfare programs, thus decreasing the chance of quality life for children. Life starts at conception for these people, but apparently ends at birth.

.....any other religions? Why is it considered okay to make all kinds of false accusations and generalizations about Christianity? So, because it's against christians or catholics, it's not discrimination? Explain that one.

We must forgive everyone who has wronged us in any way in order to move on in life and not carry this unforgiveness around in our hearts. Hard as it is, we must forgive the unforgiveable for us to go forward in the affairs of life with a smile on our face...Do yourself a Big Favor..Forgive others and free your conscious and your heart....True Peace!

I am 15 ( four years from being 20) and I have to confess that I wear briefs. The reason why do not wear boxers is because my penis is swinging from side to side. I wear the brief only to keep my penis from doing that.

Do you think it is only associated with witchcraft, the occult, or a satanic experience? And why? Or do you think it is a practice we could all do and is a good thing? Would you learn to do it? Or have you never heard about it and are curious?

Moon worship has been practiced in Arabia since 2000 BC. The crescent moon is the most common symbol of this pagan moon worship as far back as 2000 BC. In Mecca, there was a god named Hubal who was Lord of the Kabah. This Hubal was a moon god. One Muslim apologist confessed that the idol of moon god Hubal was placed upon the roof of the Kaba about 400 years before Muhammad. This may in fact be the origin of why the crescent moon is on top of every minaret at the Kaba today and the central symbol of Islam atop of every mosque throughout the world. About four hundred years before the birth of Muhammad one Amr bin Lahyo a descendant of Qahtan and king of Hijaz, had put an idol called Hubal on the roof of the Kaba. This was one of the chief deities of the Quraish before Islam. The moon god was also referred to as "al-ilah". al-ilah was later shortened to Allah before Muhammad began promoting his new religion in 610 AD. Although Islam is today a monotheist religion its roots are in paganism.

I've been reading 1 Corinthians 13, the famous passage about love ("Love is patient, love is kind, etc."). It's a great passage, but how does one practice this without being a pushover or a doormat? Any ideas about this? Thanks.
