.....any other religions? Why is it considered okay to make all kinds of false accusations and generalizations about Christianity? So, because it's against christians or catholics, it's not discrimination? Explain that one.

Because Jesus tells us that we're to expect it: ""How blessed are you whenever people insult you, persecute you, and say all sorts of evil things against you falsely because of me! Rejoice and be extremely glad, because your reward in heaven is great! For that's how they persecuted the prophets who came before you." (Matthew 5:11-12)

"If the world hates you, you should realize that it hated me before you. If you belonged to the world, the world would love you as its own. But because you do not belong to the world and I have chosen you out of it, the world hates you." (John 15:18-19)

So, rejoice. Let's be glad. It just proves that you are walking as He did.

This forum unfortunately, is a place of bash. people are not here to seek Truth. They are here to be a stumbling block or compare notes with you, on your beliefs, and knock them down.

Why Christian bashing? simple. I love too see it. why? Christianity is the ONLY Truth. You think not? Then why is Christianity the # 1 bash session in here?

ALL other Faiths and religions don't need bashed, they are of no threat. TRUTH is threat.

It is only your loudmouth people that bash Christianity out of choice words. I have yet seen any person prove or even remotely have any kind of challenge on God's Word.

Sit back and read what they all write. It is all the same thing. When you back a loudmouth up in a corner, what do they always do? They start calling names and cussing. Why? That's is a typical human defense mode.
Look at marriages, the same things applies. When man and wife have a discussion, the one that is losing, reverts to character assassination. That is why the court system is clogged up now.

If you could KNOW these people in here on a personal level, you would find out, they're married life is in shambles. There place of work is a pain in the butt for them also, because they do the same thing with there own family and work place as they do in here.
They are full of hate, and misery, and will not be satisfied until they have YOU in that same mode. Welcome all bashing towards you, when you are being bashed...this means.

YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT. !!! YOU ARE A THREAT TO WHATEVER FALSE DOCTRINE THEY REPRESENT. people that will not stand up for Christ, is never bashed as a individual. They lay low, and keep out of the light.
It is only the people that will take stand at any cost that takes a tongue lashing. BECAUSE, GOD'S WORD IS TRUTH.

When you are personally attacked. LOVE IT. REJOICE IN IT.

Did Jesus lay low, and want to go un-noticed? He preached the Truth and died as a result of it.

Great Question. Now. Go have fun, and share Christ with others :)

The answer is very simple. Lets take a simple cuss work.
G...dam. You don't see people saying budda Damn or krishna damn or anything bad about islam. Only Christians. Now take the bashing and discrimination. I read an article that a muslim girl was allowed to wear a face cloth in school because of her religion but a Christian girl was not allowed a ring to show abstinence. It is satan, the devil or lucipher or who ever you want to call him. In his folly he is pointing the way to the True God. The Christian God. Jesus. He is not going after the buddaist or hinduist or islam or any other religion. he is attacking Christians. Why would he attack the others if they are false. Any way, that is my Conspiracy Theory.
Hope this helps.

it's never acceptable to bash any people belonging to any religions, but let's just say that Christians are more open minded so they're not as radical as other religion. if you are bashing Christianity, some Christians might swear at you, others will just pray for you and a little may react violently. But try doing that to other religions and you'll get a subway or a bus with a suicide bomber. People react differently.

Because Christians bash everyone else. It is like walking into a bar room fight, and telling them all that they are lowlifes. You get everyone mad. Plus most people on the site are Christians, so in democracy, you pay more attention to the majority, and less to the minority as representation. When you have 90% Christians, you need to pick on Christians 90% of the time.

Isn't wonderful that so many people are thinking about Christianity.Questioning our views and testing our belief.
The more they do that ,the more they learn. And if they had any
intelligent at all, they will eventually see that Christianity is the way.
I was mad when I saw the De Vince Code because there were so many
misleading statements in the movie. I though it got people confuse, but if
they really look for the truth the will find it in Christ.

Well, it’s not ok to put any one down.
Some Christians have a tendency to ridicule others because they believe different things. I don't feel sorry for you because people "pick on" you religion; people pick on all religions, especially here. Why is it this is the second time I’ve seen this question here in 3 days?
You can’t really care all that much if you’re still here.

Most of us are in America, so we have a tendency to bash the religion which is the most influential here. The majority of Americans are Christians, but Jews, Muslims, Hindus, etc. are a small minority, so we don't see them as much. It doesn't mean we necessarily support them, it's just that we focus on bigger things first.

Trust me girlfriend, you are not that special. Just do a research and see no religion is forgiven here.

You seen the Christians here making false against other religions or no? If not, click on my profile to see who is the one that's actually questioning your beliefs and who is insulting others' faith.

You will like this
Think about this: If you don't want to read and pass this on for fear of offending someone-----YOU'RE PART OF THE PROBLEM !!!!

Subject: THIS WAS IN A TAMPA NEWSPAPER

Will we still be the Country of choice and still be America if we continue to make the changes forced on us by the people from other countries that came to live in America because it is the Country of Choice??????

Think about it! All we have to say is, when will they do something about MY RIGHTS?

I celebrate Christmas! ....... ....but because it isn't celebrated by everyone..............we can no longer say Merry Christmas. Now it has to be Season's Greetings.

It's not Christmas vacation, it's Winter Break. Isn't it amazing how this winter break ALWAYS occurs over the Christmas holiday?

We've gone so far the other way, bent over backwards to not offend anyone, that I am now being offended. But it seems that no one has a problem with that. This says it all!

This is an editorial written by an
American citizen, published in a
Tampa, FL Newspaper. He did quite a job; didn't he? Read on, please!

IMMIGRANTS,
NOT AMERICANS,
MUST ADAPT.

I am tired of this nation worrying about whether we
are offending some individual or their culture. Since the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11,
we have experienced a surge
in patriotism by the majority
of Americans. However...... the dust from the attacks had
barely settled when the "politically correct! " crowd began complaining about
the possibility that our patriotism was offending others.

I am not against immigration, nor do I hold a grudge against anyone who is seeking a better life by coming to ! America.
Our population is almost entirely made up of descendants of immigrants.
However, there
are a few things that those
who have recently come to
our country, and apparently some born here, need to understand.
This idea of America being a
multicultural community
has served only to dilute our sovereignty and our national identity.

As Americans......
we have our own culture, our
own society, our own language and our own lifestyle. This culture has been developed over centuries of struggles, trials, and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom.

We speak ENGLISH, not Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or any other language.
Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society, learn the language!

"In God We Trust" is our national motto. This is not some Christian, right wing, political slogan.. We adopted this motto because Christian men and women.......on Christian principles.............
founded this nation..... and this is clearly documented.
It is certainly appropriate to display it
on the walls of our schools.
If God offends you, then I suggest you consider another part of the world as
your new home.........because
God is part of our culture.

If Stars and Stripes offend you, or
you don't like Uncle Sam, then you
should seriously consider a move
to another part of this planet.
We
are happy with our culture and have
no desire to change, and we really
don't care how you did things where you came from.

This is
OUR COUNTRY,
our land, and our lifestyle.
Our First Amendment gives every citizen the
right to express his opinion and we
will allow you every opportunity to do so!
But once you are done complaining....... whining.... and griping....... about our flag.......
our pledge...... our national motto........or our
way of life...I highly encourage you to
take advantage of one other Great American Freedom.......

THE RIGHT TO LEAVE.

It is Time for America to Speak up
If you agree -- pass this along;
if you don't agree -- delete it - You are in the WRONG Country!

AMEN

I figure if we all keep passing this to our friends (and enemies) it will also, sooner or later
get back to the complainers, lets all try,
please!

It isn't. Ignorance of any kind, towards any group of people, bothers me. Most of the Christians I've seen on here, though, have been quite open in their bashing of other religions.
