When I was stationed in the Phillipines we used to eat fried fish (lapu-lapu), rice, eggs and hot pandesal (fresh baked rolls)....

I don't know - I am American, and I usually eat either a Continental breakfast or nothing....I have a pastry (croissant), yogurt, piece of fruit, and coffee, or i have eggo waffles with the same things.
