If it's a person you have to be around confront them. If it is a person you'll never see again do what feels right at the time.

If the problem is not laid out on the table then it just keeps building inside you. Confront them and get it over with. Sometimes someone will say something that we take offensively but it is not meant in that way. Just talk to them and resolve the problem. So much easier at the end of the day.

If they are doing it to offend you on purpose I would say something! But most of the time when people are offending you they know what they are doing and confronting them wont even help. Just ignore it and don't even waste your time, and it makes you the bigger person by far!!!
Good luck

Confront them, but politely. Don't blow up and start screaming in their face. Keep cool. Say something like, "Excuse me, but I find that offensive".
The ignorant person won't know they're offending you unless you tell them. Why let them get away with it? They're just going to keep doing it if nobody speaks up.

Confront them, of course! I can't believe how many times I did the wrong thing by ignoring. Don't just let anyone disrespectful you or make you feel bad about yourself. It doesn't matter what it is.Here's what you need to do:
1)Get in their face.
2)Scream a bunch of s*** or anything that bothers you about them or anything that they hate.
3)then following your last sentence, say b****!
You can't be the bad person if you scream because you're just getting them back because you can't take it and they offended you first.

Confront them. It is better to get things out in the open, than to have them bothering u all day and night

It depends on who it is and what they did. Little things you should just let go, but if something really bothers you and it's someone you are close to or spend time with then it's best to confront them instead of going around all pissed off about it.

I always confront. After a while, they stop or we "have a come to Jesus meeting" where they realize that they will NEVER get away with offending me, so why bother? If they "have a problem with me, come to me" this keeps everyone else from being bothered with it and makes our little issues more friendly. I don't like jumping anyone, but I will protect myself and my reputation (or lack thereof). And I will NOT let anyone get away with disrespecting me publicly.

It depends upon the level of and circumstances of the offense. In many, if not most cases, it's not worth the effort of confrontation. You have to weigh the results.

it depends on how badly they offend you. generally, you shouldnt let it get under your skin. if they say something to your face, confront them then and there. but if they do it behind your back, think about how bad it is and how much it affects you. sometimes it is just better to leave well enough alone.
