What are some social concepts in the movie John Q?

I have watched the movie three times in the past week.
I have a paper due, and I need to identify 5 social concepts, and then apply them to the movie. I already have three.

I am looking for exact terminology, as in Ideology, deviance and role strain.

I have read the textbook, and we are not allowed to use certain terms such as discrimination and racism.

Can anyone help me?

.What is the deal with rude people who play their music to loud? These for instance want to cram down your throat (or your ears) their rediculous, loud, and obnoxious music. Your ears can only except so much, and on that note, they expose their children to early ear problems, No wonder they go huh in the classroom, they are deaf from their parents stupidity. They also live around you and expect you to not be po'd when your windows are rattling, your floors are shaking from their loud music. What do you do, call the police, turn them in, and wake up with your tires slit, and your car vandilized? I don't blare my Brooks and Dunn down their throat! I just want to co-habitate and live my everyday life, with no trouble. Please tell me what to do, before i have to call the police.

We went to a restaurant last night, the waitress who served us was pleasant and helpful, our dinner was lovely and warm, but the other girl who came and gave us the bill was a bit 'huffy', she didn't seem to like us and didn't say anything, just chucked the bill on the table and went, when she came back with the change she wasn't friendly at all either. I'm now concerned, would the waitress get to keep the tip herself, or would the huffy other one get some of the tip too? Could someone please tell me the etiquette in these circumstances? Thank you. :)

I first started being aware of this in college. I had no idea what this was, I’d take a nap on the couch in the student lounge (seemed to always happen during naps) And the next thing you know, I was still asleep but I could see the students walking around in the student lounge as if I was awake. Furthermore, I’d see things that normally weren’t there… strange figures and sometimes the pictures hanging on the wall would change slightly. I’ve had further experiences since college, some voluntarily and others (most) by accident. I can’t seem to get TOO far astrally, I usually can only remain in my bedroom but still, I know it’s real and that other people do it too. Share your experiences and tips (if any!)

this song really lifts my spirits, even though am more of an agnostic buddhist than anything else. this song seems to have such a pure joy, that you don't have to subscribe to any religion to just feel happy that the singers, and the band sound like they are really enjoying what they are doing.

another two songs that lift me up with their pure joy are hey jude by the beatles and happiness by ken dodd. ding a dong by teach in i want playing at my funeral to cheer everybody up: i defy you to listen to this song and not be laughing or just lifted by the time it's been played. and a lovers concerto by the toys...ooh i feel great now lol :o)
