I mean for real. Not made-up crap.

And please, no saying "you're stupid...ghosts aren't real."
Because no matter what you say, or how much you put down my beliefs, I know they're real for a fact.

yes, i have seen ghosts. everyone in my family has had experiences with them as well. when i moved my family to our current home my dog would go crazy barking at the empty front stair case. i also saw one standing outside of my bedroom door. no one will be in our kitchen but we will hear the cupboard doors closing and the dishes rattling. my daughter was in the bathroom at the time ALL the shower curtain was torn off the hooks. my daughter would be listening to music and the cd player across the room would turn off, the same would happen with my son's television. for the most part, everyone in our home has adjusted to this. i've been seeing these kinds of things since childhood. i have only SEEN an actual ghost 3 times in my life... usually i just experience what they are doing around me... turning the off and on, opening bedroom doors etc. you are correct, they are real. i've told my children to not be scared, that they are just people without a physical form and that they are excited that they can get our attention. i don't know if everyone can see them, hear them... know that they are there or not though. THANKS for the question... i'll be watching the responses.

Although I have never actually seen one, I have lived in a haunted house at least once.
We were all aware that there were ghosts living there.

They would turn on the tv when it was not plugged in. Create shadows on the other side of the shower curtain when someone was in the shower (I never had that experience).

Ring the phone even though there was no service to the house.

I haven't personally, but my aunt and uncle did. They're not weirdos or anything - she's a vice president of a travel company and he's an athletic director at a high school. They both saw an older woman with white hair. She never moved or made any sound. She just appeared. She was always in the same clothes and she was transparent. It freaked them out and they sold their house. They haven't seen her again.

No. In fact if you have, you should contact the James Randi Educational Foundation. They "offer a one-million-dollar prize to anyone who can show, under proper observing conditions, evidence of any paranormal, supernatural, or occult power or event." In over 40 years of offering a prize, "To date, no one has ever passed the preliminary tests."

I wonder how many will say they saw a ghost, when in fact, they only think they did.

Personally I have not saw a ghost, but I have heard stories from my grandfather that he did when he was a child. Have you saw them?
