In the Philippines, it is called "ulam" with English translation of "viand", but I cannot find the word 'viand' in any dictionary. Is there a rightful word for that?

why do religious pro-life groups try to change the law for abortion, If God gave us all free will then surely the choice to have an abortion is included? I know it says in the bible that it is wrong but surely if ur anti-abortion u should just never have an abortion and let other woman decide what is right for them, instead of forcing ur will on everyone! I need to know what the ceremony is called in Vietnamese and the English translation of it. All I know is that the bride is presented to the groom's family and vice versa, and couples carry in trays with gifts wrapped in red paper. HELP!

This question is for the hard core atheist out there. Why don't you believe and accept Jesus? If you don't accept Jesus you only get to enjoy a few sins (anyway all the sins available in this world only leads to bad consequences - like AIDS, STD, broken lifes and families). But with Jesus, you can have eternal life and a life of peace and joys and hope and love for all mankind!

This morning I went to a Pentacostal church a friend had told me about. I was brought up in the Church of Christ, known for boring church services. Anyway, this congregation as the service went on got the "spirit" in them and they started dancing around pounding their feet on the floor, runninn around the sanctuary. It looked like some of them were having siezures. I have never experienced anything like it. I wonder if anybody reading this has ever had the spirit take hold of them like that. I think it must feel so exillerating, and make you feel so free. I'd love to have that experience.

hearing about 12/13 year olds having problems with their bf/gf? i am. it's stupid!! they're so young! they shouldn't have bf/gf's yet, they should have lots of friends to hang out with! when i was 12/13 eveyone was "going out" with someone and i just though to myself 'this is stupid! there's no point! i can't even drive myself some where to actually GO OUT on a date.' what do you do exactly?
it's not good to spend all your time with 1 person, u'll never make any friends for when that "relationship" falls apart!
