The christian philosophy seems to flip flop on the issue constantly. You have free will, but the devil made you do it. Jesus was destined by god to die for our sins, but he chose to die for us. Can you all make up your minds on the determinism vs. free will debate?

Disclaimer: Please read this at least 4 times, or at least read the entire question ONCE. This question was not meant to offend anyone, this question is for me (a very NON-religious person) tiring to understand another POV (Point of view), if you have a problem with that, please don't answer the question, and go watch Tom & Jerry...Or friends because I equally hate that show.

How exactly in the religious sense did the virgin Mary get pregnant? I heard somewhere that it actually might be a mistake in the actual translation of the bible, but none the less, how exactly did Mary get wtf owned by pregnancy if she wasn't having sex?

I actually posted this in the wrong category last time, eh sorry about that, I wasn't paying attention.

Why do Christians profess to love all people, and preach forgiveness, etc, yet they treat others (people not of their particular faith) with disrespect...and act as though the other people are stupid...and treat others "snobbishly", as if they are better than others?

Also, do Christians actually think that people of other faiths wake up each morning and say, "I know that my religion is the wrong one, but I choose to practice it just because I'm stubborn" ?

Don't Christians realize that this is how they project themselves to others, and that this is NOT proving to anyone that they are the "children of GOD" by acting like they are so much better and smarter than everyone else?

And I want to know more than "because the bible tells me so." Did your parents believe? Did you just listen to whatever they told you to? Have you thought outside your personal "box" as to whether or not it's actually the truth? Do you see religion and God as mythology that is believable or it just "is"?

good examples is the false idea that Jesus claimed to be God, that Marys lineage is in the bible and she was a descendant of David or the reason why Jesus said those who claim to be Jews are not.
