Made you look. Guess what, there are seven other abominations listed in the Bible. Proverbs 6:
16 These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren. (KJV)

So, with all the Christians so condeming of homosexuality, why arent they also as much against, lying, and pride and all the others. And arent many of the ones who are so against it also not guilty of one or more of the other abominations?

let me explain it in further detail. i love female feet, i love it when girls paint their toes, i love giving foot massages, i love when girls wear sandals and i love the scent of a girls foot. thing is i don't just go around touching every pretty of feet i see, i always ask the girl before i touch or do anything out of the ordinary like smelling their feet. so first and foremost i make sure the girl is willing before i do anything to her feet, am i a nasty/ bad guy for this?

To all of you who thump your bibles and answer questions here with passages from the bible, are you people aware that the bible was written by unknown people as well as editted by those in the church for your viewing pleasure? Curious though bcuz if this IS the word of god as you describe it, why then are books left out and why even in the first place was the bible editted?

Yesterday I asked a question. It referred to the fact that everyone seems to be compelled to judge everbody else, or force unsolicited opinions on others when frankly, they should learn to just shut their mouths, and mind thier own business.
When I read the answers I recieved, I realized how apparently difficult my question actually was. For instance some of the answers were, I felt, pretty much on the nose. Others made a respectible attempt to answer, however a couple of the answers absolutely missed the point, and either didn't understand the question, or were simply trying to be smartasses. One person said in a nutshell," thats the way things are, and I'd better get use to it". Then another told me basically to "stop worrying so much about what other people think, and worry more about myself". With answers such as these, I'm afraid my question can have lots of answers, but NO SOLUTIONS. To bad! I have to ask, Why, when asked the very question, are people so obtrusive.

Suicide bombing (i am in no way agreeing with such methods) by the palestinians are reported almost daily in the media whereas ISRAELI acts of violence are hushed up.
One must ask the question, what leads a man to blowing himself up? The wife of Tony Blair, Cherie was critised for her comments when she said it was understandable that the palestiinians blew themselves up when they had no hope. A desperate man is a dangerous one.
