This isn't a specific question, but I'm sure you understand what I'm getting at. Is this type of character common among Mexican natives. Would it be acceptable if I were to go to Mexico City, stand on a street corner in a red, white, and blue shirt and shout "Hotdogs! Hotdogs! Hotdogs!" I really do not understand their culture and I am curious. Please don't respond with any liberal "I hate america" crap. An honest question.

I believe that man invented the concept of God because it makes it easier to explain the inexplicable and to help people believe that if they live a good life, they have an opportunity to live another life after death.

I read an article that this was becoming more popular, people wearing necklaces with the ring on it intstead of the ring on the finger. What do you all think of that?

Why is it that these people are so prejudiced and hateful to people from America "the states"? Like we "don't care about other countries" and we're "shallow" and such? No we don't watch soccer and we have more money and not as good of leaders (I have the same IQ as President Bush and I'm 16!) but we really aren't that bad. That's why people are coming here so frequently, b/c we have more freedom than other countries and much more power. So next time you start to make a rude comment about us, consider the fact that you are treating us the exact same way as we treat you. Please give me your opinions! Thanks! :)

If god is just, why doesn't the punishment fit the crime? Infinite punishment (eternal suffering in hell) for finite sins (limited time on earth) is not a fair punishment.

I put this in the culture section becasue if you ever read anything about it, you would know, you wouldnt wonder why. I think its the MOST barbaric, horrif crime against humanity we do to animals.
that, and peirecing little girls ears when they scream and cry and SCREAM NO! but mothers do it anyway, becaues the MOTHERS want it, not the little girl!
THATS criminal {THATS child abuse.} I saw it last night, in the mall. I want THAT woman to get 3-5 for child abuse as her dauighter, age 1 1/2, sat and screamed! NO! and cried that she didnt wantherr ears peaireced! it was disgusting, oh and by the way, the mother and her sister were laughing...

I would really like to know why mass cults are known as religions and good for people to follow. Blindly taking faith in the words of a common man who reads from a book and promotes contempt towards the different and love towards the similar. Taking part in rituals and celebrations that have gone on to help and demonstrate loyalty to the power. Isnt a cult just a smaller scale of a religion that has not lived as long. A man tells stories to his followers and they take part in rituals and celebrations to help demonstrate loyalty to a higher power.

My friend is gay and I thought he was a really great person. I knew he had HIV but I really didn't care. Last week he told me that he slept with a guy without protection. What's worse yet is he didn't tell the guy he was infected with HIV. I was completely discusted. I don't want to even have anything to do with him. Basically he just held a gun to this guys head and played russian roulette with his life. What would you do if you heard this? I don't even know who this other guys is.

When someone is talking **** about another person it is usually the same "hypo-christian" that has the most to say....Or if you miss a day of church you are immedietly a kind of outcast or you are looked down on for "not being AS christian as you should?

I see alot of people from a certain faith claiming there are lots of scientific facts in their "holy book" which agree with modern scientific discoveries, but were not known when their "holy book" was composed...hence, a miraculous revelation from God.
I found this facinating, so I checked into it. I was VERY disappointed, to say the least.
Not only are some of the claims so vague as to apply to a myriad of phenomena, but quite a few of them actually contradict what we know today. I call these spurious claims ERRORS. It seems intellectually dishonest to me when someone uses pseduoscience to stimulate someone's curiousity for the sake of attracting them to their faith.
When someone is drawn to a faith because someone has *blinded them with science*, is this a case of...
"what they don't know won't hurt them",
or more like...
"there's a sucker born every minute"?

Listen to it as long as you can in Reverse.
This is proof that Jesus was kept by the Devil till eternity after his death.

Remember turn your speakers on as loud as possible, otherwise, you can't hear the words of the Devil.

God Bless You All.
