Humans supposedly learn from our mistakes. So shouldn't we learn from the sins we have commited? By commiting no sins wont a person learn nothing?

He died on the cross for our sins!

He prays for every one of us individually every day!

When you see the mountains and ocean and the forest and all the beauty in the world!

yes you will go through hard times in life but it's all Gods plan! It will all turn out for the better!

I would rather believe in God and be wrong rather than not believe in God and be wrong!

or ignorance of their faith?

Every ex-Catholic that I have ever come across has been extremely hostile and bitter toward the Catholic Church, often to the point of extreme obsession with wanting to destroy the Church.

But, by contrast, most Protestants who convert to Catholicism do it because they did their research into history and the writings of the Christians of the early Church and found them to be very Catholic in their beliefs and practice. And most Protestants who convert to the Catholic faith have no bitterness toward the Protestant congregation that they left. But they bring the good of their Protestant experience into the Catholic Church.

Last night I went to a Minor League Game and there were a bunch of nutcases with "Fear God" Tshirts yelling at people that they were worshiping baseball instead of God and a bunch of other crap. They are probably just crazy and don't belong to any real religion, but was just wondering if any religions think baseball is wrong. There were two big church groups at the game last night, I wonder what they thought of the whole thing.

At 21 My friend and I were drinking shots in a bar and got totally blitzed. At the exact same time we both stated to each other "lets steal something" and we went and did just that. Was that demons?

Catholic rituals symbolizes the Lord's supper. It's a very holy hour when Spirit of God is manifested into the bread and wine (communion). why other christians have problems with it?

I mean if only heart matters, then it should not matter what kind of ritual people have right?

I love going to Catholic church because it is so serene and peaceful. I love the old england music too. Very good lyrics.

Why do a lot of celebrities, etc, that do drugs and all that good stuff only "find themselves" after they find God? That's like saying God is only for the weak who can't stand up by themselves...or maybe that God reached out a hand or whatever. Why don't people have enough will power?

God is a Loving and inclusive God who loves all...but the real question should be "do we love all"? The ones who proclaim to know God has to lighten up and not make those who we say do not know God to be afraid of getting to know him. I read were a preacher said that "we [meaning church folk] have painted God to be this mean monstrous spiritual person". God "IS" an Inclusive God it's only the world we live in who has chosen to include who they feel fit in their little [religious] clicks and this worldly uninclusive love is what makes sinners run away from God and church folk. "God's love is deep" deeper then our earthly minds can ever grasp or even begin to understand. So now you know God Love YOU..So rise up, confess your faults to God, pray for strength to live a life that is pleasing to God [not man] and spread this same Godly love around the world and don't be ashamed of loving like God. "It only matters what God cares about you not man".
