I know that the ancient Hebrew phrase "me-od tov" expressed a sort of perfection, but is there a specific word for the aforementioned?

The usual word is "shalem" which means "whole" or "complete".

MUSHLAM...means perfect....comes from the (root) word SHALEM that means complete....

there is also an other word (yousaif) as an adjective ,which means perfect .
