I just started a new job two weeks ago.Part-time for the first two weeks and then I will be full-time. My soon-to-be assistant is younger than me, rude, obnoxious and talks about me behind my back which I know about from other people. She tells me what I am doing wrong, how to do things and gives me dirty looks. Some days she doesn't even speak to me at all. I am going to be working with her the rest of the summer! What should I say or do? Why doesn't she like me?? I didn't even do anything ...I don't get it.

in other words,,,, what if things were reversed?? what if people who worshiped and honored jesus went to hell, and heathens and sinners went to heaven, but jesus still wanted you to love him? would you still give him the love he requests??

please don't bother pointing out that this isn't how things are.. i know this isn't how things are.. that's what the word "if" means. it's a hypothetical question. just answer with a "yes" or "no" and then elaborate why.

the purpose of this question is to sift out those who are only concerned with the rewards of the afterlife from those who are willing to stick by jesus' side even if it means burning in hell for eternity.

Which would you think is a better, more loving choice:

-Allow committed gay couples to adopt, or
-Have a child grow up without invested love and be passed around from foster home to foster home like an unwanted holiday fruitcake (yes, this happens)?

There are a lot of you here who believe the Bible is just a fairy tale, just made up stories. So, I want some of you to get a piece a paper, and write something. I want you to write a geneology, could be real or fake, but I have some rules to follow. When you're done, I want the number of words you used to be divisible by 7, exactly, no remander. Shouldn't be too hard, you can play around and get a number divisible by 7. Next, I want the number of letters you used to be divisible be 7. Also, all the vowels and constants you used to be divisible by 7. All the words that begin with a vowel to be divisible by 7, and all the words beginning with a constanant to be divisible by 7. Anyone still playing? I want all the nouns used to be divisible by 7, and all the words that aren't nouns to be divisible by 7. I have recently shared space with several gay people and although I am a heterosexual, I found it interesting yet curious about why sexual orientation is so important that people must feel compelled to let their sexual identity be known without being asked. In most cases of my interactions with others, sexual orientation is not an issue.

My friend and I sometimes pretend to be handicapped just to see how people will treat us differently. Usually one of us plays the handicapped role while the other is observing the reactions of people around us. It is amazing to see how rude some people are and how badly they look at you just because you are young and seem to have a problem with your body. At the same time, it has shown us a lot about how handicapped people probably want to be treated. Do you think that it is mean or twisted for us to enjoy "tricking" peolple when we do this?
