Every time I come here, I see some Atheist starting fights by saying all these bad things about Christians. First off, don't blame all of us for the mistakes of Catholics, I disagree with them almost as much as I do with Atheists. Second, if you guys are so sure about your views of life why are you constantly questioning and judging Christians? It just shows insecurity, like some of you guys know that being an Atheists lacks something...like purpose.

I have a gay friend and she knows its wrong. She has excersised faith by continuing to pray for God to change from the inside. She is really serious and wants to know why she has this feeling for girls. She also knows that God will act on a prayer request when HE feels the time is right..... what's going on...???

I have a Spanish audio program and on it, I initially learned "ir," the verb for "to go." My current stage in the program, however, introduced "yo me voy," in which the speaker translates into "I, myself, am going." I still don't get it though! What's the difference? If I say "yo voy al hotel", that means "I'm going to the hotel." So if one says "yo ME voy al hotel", doesn't that mean the same thing; That you're going to the hotel. Perhaps I've misunderstood something, who knows, nevertheless, could someone please help me out and let me know if there's a major difference and/or a proper usage/ context/ time of the term(s). Thank You.

I get the whole "Accept Jesus as your savior, go to heaven thing." But what about people who don't have TIME to do that? LIke babies? They die at birth - they obviously have no idea who jesus is, so they go to hell? or what about people in like....some country that i've never heard of. They have no outside communication with the world. All the know is what they have. They may have never even heard to Jesus, or God. They may worship some animal or whatever. If they don't know about Jesus, how can they accept him? Is heaven really so exclusive? And why would something such as a religious belief (different from Christian) keep someone from going to heaven if they have lived thier life without sin?

Really, why do so many people vehemently hate religion if they don't believe it exists? Believers try to spread love, faith and hope, yet it is so painfully obvious that so many people on this board feel that it is their lot in life to spread hatred, dissent and violence. If the non-believers say there is no hell, can we just go ahead and push them all in?

The bible causes too much confusion. It's almost like mankind is never right. Even the story of Christ is perverse. We end up killing our savior. Do you really believe that holy men would kill their God? They knew Christ could not be of God. They also knew that people could not and would not understand. So was invented the New Testament. Satan didn't win but gave us another apple to bite of. Thou shall not worship any other God, than me. They say the devil has many shapes and faces. Could Jesus have been a misguided student, could Jesus have been Lucifer's apprentice? Jesus corrected what was already written by God. Isn't it funny that the more powerful you are the more people hate you? Because man is never to be or to play God. Isn't the new testament a test to see how many love God, and how many will find reasons to doubt God's commandments and worship another source as their new salvation. Have we ourselves not abandoned God for Satan's clever delusion of God's eternal forgiveness.

I thought you weren't supposed to be talking about this stuff with outsiders and such. You aren't dissatisfied with your technique and hoping to breathe some new life into your studies, are you? This is a simple question, no offense intended; If you, as a "true christian", but someone who hated Pagans and believed we are all devil worshipers, Had a heart attack in public, and a Pagan performed C.P.R. on you and saved your life, would you try to learn a little more about Paganism, and maybe stop hating Pagans? when you finish reading it tell me how it was. im not trying to convert you in anyway.

First of all we dont eat pork and crabs and many other animals, its on the bible.

Second of all we dont put tattous,fight, and kill people

Third of all we go to church on saturday! not on sunday! if you feel like laughing at me then go ahead!
