Teenagers are 13 years old to 19 years old. When you turn 20, you are no longer a teenager.

You are a teenager but you are also considered an adult by law. 16 thru 18 years of age is considered the in between of being a teen and a adult. If you commit a crime it depends on the severity of the crime if you are charged as an teenager or an adult!

Yes you still a TEENager until you actually turn 20. Just because you are eighTEEN doesn't mean you stop being one a TEENager. You are considered a young adult to some, but to someone like me, you are an adult at age 21. ThirTEEN to nineTEEN is still in your TEENS. Duh!!!!

Yes, technically, because it is part of the 'teen' years. Usually when you think of a teenager, it is a younger person, but yes, they are still teenagers. Young adult, maybe?
