Paul says that slaves should obey their masters because all christians will be slaves to christ in the afterlife.

It seems the consensus on Answers is that the torment of hell is being without God.

How come my question last question doesn't make sense.

Christians are going to heaven to be Jesus' slaves. Non-Christians are going to hell where they won't be slaves.

First of all I don't even know you so why the hostility, second us heteros have it thrown in our face all the time to accept anyone no matter sexual preference, I go out all the time if I'm in line at the bar or something and A gay female couple or whatever is there I strike up a convo just for the hell of it, I get snubed or treated like something is wrong with me becasue I'm a guy THis isn't no once or twice its often. Isn't that the behavior you guys are trying to fight. You hate dudes casue your not into them but we need to accept you and not judge because of youre lifestyle. How the hell is that supposed to work. Thats like me saying White people don't accept me, then I turn around and hate them Becasue they are white. Does someone out there get what I'm saying?

As we all know, there has never been a movie which critically evaluates Islam nor will there ever be. On the other hand, countless movies, critical of christianty, have been produced.

The reason we havent and wont see the same about Islam is because everyone in the world knows what will happen. Theaters would be blown up, producers beheaded, actors impaled.

Facinating we live with this, knowing it full well, yet we kinda dismiss it as "a cultural difference".

Poor Van Gogh, in the Netherlands made a short film....just a short film, not a major theater production, but a short film about the abuse of woman in Islam and the incest in Islam.

He was brutally murdered of course with a note stabbed onto his chest promising the same to anyone else who offends Allah.

If you think about it, over the long haul, if they can continue to keep their religion above scrutiny (by threat) while all others are not...its a real Darwinian advantage.

Those that believe in Jesus already know it's a sin. The anarchist (free liberals) believe we are born like this, are they saying it's something I could have caught? Rediculous. Maybe if it was possible that man or woman can give birth, then they would have an argument. People don't take the time to fully think things through, why you ask? Because ignorance is bliss.

I've traveled through much of the U.S. and it is my personal opinion/observation, that the classiest and most attractive women are from the New York/New Jersey areas. On the other hand, the least attractive and unappealing are from the "trailer parks" in the mountains of the Central-Eastern States: VA, NC, TN, KY,etc.

The Jewish religion is based off of The Tanakh, the Ten Commandments, the 613 Mitzvot, and ideas all from hundreds of years before the existence of Christ. Like the people that lived before him, we do not believe in the necessity of Christ to communicate with God or go to heaven. Why are Jews persecuted and disliked so much for this belief? How was Jesus the Messiah if there is still pain and suffering in the world (much of it endured by Jews, inflicted by Christians)? If Jesus was perfect and Jesus was Jewish, isn't Judaism the way to go? Following this thought, if Jesus is perfect, God is perfect, and The Holy Ghost is perfect, then aren't 2 of those 3 superfluous? Is Jesus the Son of God or is he God? (I'd been told both.) And I have more but not enought room...so maybe later. I mean no disrespect just trying to understand some things. Thank you to everyone who takes the time to respond.

Please can I have a moan on your time and let off some steam?

Have you noticed something: You can be proud to be Welsh, Scottish or Irish - but not English. We can celebrate St. Patrick, St. David or Burns Night - but not St. George.

I was always taught to be proud of who I am but I am not supposed to be proud of being English, white, female and straight. Yet someone can be proud of being Scottish, black, female and a lesbian. Neither of us would be saying we are better than anyone else, just proud of who we are. Why is that wrong? And you can say that if you are proud of something, it is because it is better than the rest. However, if my daughter gets 5 spellings correct out of 10, I am proud of her - even though most of the others did better than her.

I take people as I find them. Everyone is an individual. I enjoy meeting people of different cultures (of whatever sort). I am proud to be English. Am I abnormal or is the world?

Why do so many people admit interest in spiritual things...but show no interest in church. What has the church done to turn off so many people?

Just because you grow up in a certain area and certain people commit all the crimes, does that make it ok to blame all the other people like them? NO! True Christians are far from those "portayed" on tv as the nuts bombing abortion clinics or members of the KKK. So why are Americans so hypnotized by the media's portrayal of Christians? Can't you think for yourself?
