First of all I don't even know you so why the hostility, second us heteros have it thrown in our face all the time to accept anyone no matter sexual preference, I go out all the time if I'm in line at the bar or something and A gay female couple or whatever is there I strike up a convo just for the hell of it, I get snubed or treated like something is wrong with me becasue I'm a guy THis isn't no once or twice its often. Isn't that the behavior you guys are trying to fight. You hate dudes casue your not into them but we need to accept you and not judge because of youre lifestyle. How the hell is that supposed to work. Thats like me saying White people don't accept me, then I turn around and hate them Becasue they are white. Does someone out there get what I'm saying?

Hey I try to respect Lesbians by being cool and saying hello, that doesn't mean I'm even remotley attracted to her or her. I was raised to believe it's wrong and I'm just trying to accept it and I get the bad treatment. Like it's my fault I said hi to a Lesbian or something. At this point I'm defensive, I'm not immature I don't even date BI girls I like straight women, straight as an arrow. I'm just tryn to understand

I understand where you are coming from. That is totally rude of them . It gives all Lesbians a bad rap because of the holier then thou ones. I can only say that maybe somewhere in their past life they were dealt a bad rap themselves by men, but not all men. You seem to be fine gentlemen and I as a lesbian applaud you. I have many guys as friends we have enormous fun. I love people, no matter what their sexual orientation may be. Life is to short to be so mean and nasty, Next time honey, that a lesbian is mean or nasty don't take it personal, its her way of showing her ignorance and lack of self-esteem.

Your al-right

I don't know any lesbians who hate men. I don't know where you get that idea.

Maybe the lesbians in lines don't like you because you're rude. Maybe they just don't like talking to strangers. Maybe you have bad breath or scary hair or are missing teeth. Maybe, (in the immortal words of Brodie from "Mallrats"), you look like a date rapist. Maybe they're just so into each other that they don't notice or care about you. Maybe they were just in a bad mood that day. Who knows.

I mean seriously, do you talk nicely to every single stranger who approaches you in public? I bet not.

I'm hoping that since you're black, you'll be able to really get this next part. Isn't it irritating when some random dumb black person does something stupid, rude, or scary to a white person, then they sit around and say "All blacks are stupid because the guy in front of me at the movie kept talking". Or "all blacks are rude because someone cut in front of me on the subway". Or "all black men are rapists because this one guy tried to follow me home once". It's like they're just grouping ALL black people together because some individual black people weren't acting like perfect saints all the time. Isn't that just about the most annyoning thing on the planet? Cuz that's kinda what you're doing here.

Judge lesbians as individuals. Some do hate men, but why do you care? Most don't. Stop making sweeping stereotypical generalizations about a group and start judging on a case by case basis. And next time some lesbians give you the brush off, ask them WHY instead of just assuming that they're man hating freaks.

We are lesbians but we have had too many creeps with bad pick up lines come on to us. It just may be they can see what you are up to. And they are not interested. Lesbians are not bi. Otherwise if just being friendly it may be the way you are going about it. This question is a clue that you are going about it wrong. I want my partner and no one else. So shop in the right stores my friend.

WHATEVER Suzie- not true, speak for yourself

responce to 2nd part-
Don't judge us all because of a few bad seeds. I like talking to people but if I get a bad vib, I stay away.

Totally understand what you're saying. Hey, some women just hate men. I don't think it's their sexual orientation as much as their politics. I like to call these women "feminazi's". To me, feminism is the idea of equal pay for equal work, and if a person can do the job, they should have the same opportunity as anyone else to compete for it. But feminazism is the belief that men are the oppressors, and women are victims. They feel that men need to be taken to task for this oppression, and they're just the women to do it. Really, they're just man-haters. It's sad, really.

Where do you hang out where you are running into all these lesbians anyway? Gay bars? If not, maybe these women you are trying to talk to are really straight and pretend to be gay so you'll go away.

I'm not a lesbian, but I'll try to answer your question anyway. Many lesbians have chosen this route of sexuality because they have been raped or sexually abused by men. So perhaps they are bitter towards men, even the ones who have not committed these crimes.

I understand what your saying I'm a lesbian and when guys talk to me it OK as long as they are not trying to get at me.so those girls were just out of line if you ask me.

Stupid question. You are making people create too many stereotypes among both men and lesbians.

Maybe your just a weird guy and the lesbians you meet realize that? no idea...

Susie you're an idiot...the majority of lesbians are not rape victims. Why are you speaking for all straight men (giving them a bad name) and why are you pretending that any one lesbian can speak for all of them....(this part is directed to the stupid questioner)
