How is "believe in me or you will burn forever in hell", how is that tolerant? Where do you people get that idea from?

My 5 year old is asking alot of questions pertaining to death. what happens after you die, heavan, hell, God...I will be honest. I'm confused myself. I was born Catholic but i'm not practicing, my husband is no religion...this is why I want to be careful on this matter. Give him the best explaination and let him decide what he wants for himself.
How would or did you go about this?

I am the bride's maid to a wedding and the bride is really starting to irritate me. He fiance is twice her age and thye are complete opposites physically and mentally. She has known him for four months. That is fine and I don't care, but she tells people that they are so much happier then me and mine what reasons I don't understand. She get jealous if I talk to other friends and the other day spilled a beer all over someones face when she went to take a drink. She loves to make an *** out of me and she flirts with men and tried to get me involved which I want no part of as I am totally content. She lifted my skirt when I was shooting darts and I was wearing thong underware and totally embarressed and pist off. I feel as if she is trying to cause problems for me and my honey and I feel like I have had it. The wedding is 9/3. I live in a small town and not from here, and I do not want to make people mad at me. Should I just deal with it until its over, or get out while I can?

I ask this question because I was approached by a woman today who felt compelled to tell me I need to stop covering up my "beautiful hair". I never met this woman a day in my life and she rambled on and on about how we as a people self hate ourselves and do whatever we can to diassociate ourselves from our heritage. I would of walked off but I was waiting for the bus and it was a few blocks away. I don't believe I hate myself but I do acknowledge that I identify with the european standards of beauty as beautiful. With that said, I can find beauty in every culture including/especially my own. I wear my natural hair from time to time but she assumed she knew me within seconds of meeting me. Tell me what yal think... !!

both of them are good, see : fathers ,Grandfather
but bible fathers is opposite to old testament, Grandfather
Bible buying , Judaism is banking
In Bible no money savings , n Judaism, Bank, Land Taxation, also Jehovah, are Saturday,


that's why we love father more than Grandfathers, cause father is not greedy
but If you r n: USA the Jewish win big time

Judaism, old testament , based on :,strology,Astral, Asterism,promise,
the future well foooooouck you if you didn’t save from now

so they are greedy cause they care about grandchildren ,

If my church lied to me all this time about Jesus having a wife and kids, I would want to know about it. If he had a German Sheppheard named Rex, I wouldn't care. A continuing bloodline is a little more sidnificant. Come to think of it, why did the Godpel of Judas get thrown out, anyway. How long have people been hiding thigs about all this?

After being raped...maybe a year or two i began to realize that I felt like two people inside. I felt like my soul had been chopped in half and I was literally now two people. I was trying to be the sane one who controlled and cared for me the sick and shattered one. I guess some pple call it alter ego. It felt like I just was twin-ed into 2 of me. One dark and one worried that she would kill herself before i could get her healed. At other times I would be riding down the road and it seemed my body would disappear and I would see a little insane demon inside me...tormenting the sickly me. Once as I was sitting with my mother I seemed to warp into another realm and i saw this man run at me and slam himself into me I never EVER showed or show any emotion when this stuff happens. I feel outwardly like a stone statue when it does. Will someone please find out whats been wrong with me ? Or just tell me what ur opinion is ? It helps to hear anything you say. Plz pray for me also.

This is more of a confession, too. I know I seem hard on Muslims, asking lots of questions, especially to the females. This is why. I have been over there a combined total of 3 years throughout deployments, and I have observed the actual culture in Iraq, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia. Let me say, by far, the Kuwaiti woman has it made.

What sticks with me is when I was in Saudi, all of us female personnel were called out to a formation by our 1SG, and given a basic "rules of behavior" rundown that we had to abide by when off our compound. It was very demeaning to me as an American woman to be told what I can, and cannot do, that was normal in my home land.

Outside this village, we made a breif stop in our convoy to change a tire on a LMTV. There was a woman and a man out in this field fussing with eachother. The woman was pregnant, and obviously so. I had no idea what they were saying, it was in Arabic. Well, next thing you know, the man punches this pregnant woman in the face...TBC

What are your thoughts on the Westboro Baptist Church showing up at our fallen soldiers' funerals to protest the war in Iraq and that they believe the military is run by homosexuals?

I for one think that money and energy expended should go to what God would want them to do...........assist the needy instead of making a horrible day for families worse.

I think in this instance the constitutional right of gathering, protesting, freedom of speech, et cetera, has been taken WAY out of context and grossly abused. What they are doing should be illegal and punishable by very stiff fines. Our past, present and future military fought and still are fighting for them to maintain their legal right to harrass the ones that die doing it? C'mon!

Hi I am 12 okay(turning 12 in weeks). and I posted this in culture section but no one took me seriously and they thought I was racist. But my friend told me that caine was cursed for killing his relative or something and God put him and his wife/family in africa and cursed him. And my friend at school said that africa is poor and stuff becuase god cursed their ancestor (caine). So I'm just you know wondering
