It's not witnessing that I mind, I witness right along with them. It's the proselytizing that's getting a little old.

And the friendship predates the proselytizing - she's a recent convert.

Please read my previous question for to understand this situation better. I was walking at night (around 10pm or so) and my neighbor's dog got out of their yard, barked at me and then chased me and got me in the thigh. Although there are no bite marks or broken skin, I am considering suing them even though they have already paid for my pain prescription and have apologized to me. Now they have issued me a certified letter that states they will pay my emergency room bill pending the results of the dr.'s exam and whether or not he concludes that it was a serious injury that needed emergency care. How can they do this? I am the victim here. They said I could have went to a regular Dr. not the ER since there was no punctured skin involved. I am so upset I think I may sue them for $5,000.

most holidays in the bible say celebrate or practice through all your generations where in the bible does it say to stop celebreting certain holidays just because the messiah has come the messiah came to fullfill the law not do away with it. he even said you shall obey my fathers comandments so why is it that only jews celebrate these holidays. the bible says all your generations not celebrate until the messiah comes then don't celebrate anymore.

I saw a book about that in a bookstore but I didn't finish it nor had the chance to buy it. I read in it says that almost all of the American important people, like presidents, candidates, were in the group, and they are all noblities, and they help each other after they get to their career. Anyone knows anything about that?

So out of sheer curiosity I went to raptureready.com and checked on the Rapture Meter - like how close are we to the end? So it gives a reading of 154, and a list of about 30 factors plus their contributions. Among them are:

Debt and Trade
Transportation
Apostasy

Where do the first two come into play, Scripturally?
How in the world would one measure Apostasy?

HEAR ME OUT

There was a woman on Dr. Phil today who was mad at her family. They were devote christians and she was gay. They believed that what she did was wrong. She was mad at them for not changing their views and voting for gay marriage.

As Gays we often say that we are more accepting than others. But isn't it worse to ask someone else to change what they believe for you? People say it is our choice to be gay. (IT'S NOT) But wouldit be fair to ask us to change that?

Which is worse, someone who isn't gay and won't change you accomidate you, or someone who is gay and insists on everyone changing for them?
