So out of sheer curiosity I went to raptureready.com and checked on the Rapture Meter - like how close are we to the end? So it gives a reading of 154, and a list of about 30 factors plus their contributions. Among them are:

Debt and Trade
Transportation
Apostasy

Where do the first two come into play, Scripturally?
How in the world would one measure Apostasy?

If you're seriously looking for an answer on this; I guess they're "measuring" it in terms of how much Prophecy is being fulfilled.

(1) Nobody knows the exact time...

Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Matthew 24: 35, 36

(2) There are some 'indicators' though that prophecy is being fulfilled...

In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. Acts 2: 17

But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, 2 Tim. 3: 1-3

(****'Lovers of money' is a fair reference for Debt & Trade, if you think about it.)

First of all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. 2 Peter 3:3

(the other little thing people fail to see is we've been in "Last Days" since Jesus was here:

in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe. Hebrews 1:2

(3) God's definition of "time" and ours isn't the same...so, we shouldn't waste our time trying to measure God's appointed time for things to happen...we just need to recognize they are happening...

He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end. Ecclesiastes 3:11
