If it was something (work, hobbies, religion...) you invested money/time/effort in, would you want your money back? If it meant you would lose a bunch of friends (or ex-friends), i.e. all your friends would you still go ahead and quit? this happened to me, now I am getting used to the fact that
I am having to make new friends, find something else that fills my time, get rid of all the stuff related to this old activity and that is a constant reminder of this old 'thing' I used to do.

John 6:22-71
Verse 53: "unless you eat the flesh of the son of man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you."
Jesus is present always with us when we eat his flesh and drink his blood in the Eucharist.

Verse 53: "amen, amen I say to you," other translations: "truly, truly I say to you," Jesus says that what he is about to say is true, literal, and factual.
Jesus says eat my flesh. He cannot be more clear. In the original Greek it says chew my flesh.
verse 55: for my flesh is true food, and my blood true drink.

Light and Darkness, life and death, right and left, are brothers of one another. They are inseparable. Because of this neither are the good good, nor evil evil, nor is life life, nor death death. For this reason each one will dissolve into its earliest origin. But those who are exalted above the world are indissoluble, eternal.

Giles Coren's programme on More4 tonight puts forward an idea for taxing people with a Body Mass Index of 30 or over. The clinically to morbidly obese population of the UK , Coren estimates, cost the UK £3.5 billion. Should their be some kind of overt fat tax or even increase duty on fatty/fast food?

Perhaps we should try and indulge in a game of fantasy, or shall we call it “scientific experimentation”:
1. Can you create “something” from “nothing”?
2. Can you give the nothing you “have created” life?

After this person raped me I was dragged out of the house and beaten. My mouth was covered and I ended up left for dead on the side of the road. I remember waking up and the fist thing i saw was my father and brother there looking at me. I refused to ID my attacker because i was just to terrified and had to be in the same room with him a few times after that. i once told him, " i wont tell..u gave me ur mind ". After that I would end up being violent myself. I have gotten so deeply angry that I have attacked men at times and got beaten again. At other times I have been so scared that it made me sick in body to see men. Once i returned a little boy home who was sleeping over with my little brother. His Dad came to the door with no shirt on and I was overwhelmed with panic. At other times I have felt totally addicted to certain men. What the h*** has been wrong with me all this time ? What can u pray to make this go away?
