Thesis Title: "The effects of the male student's to the interpersonal skills of the female students"

Our school was known to be an exclusive school (college level) for girls but it started accepting male applicants last year, and I would like to discuss the advantage and disadvantage and how it would affect the interpersonal/human/social skills of the female students.
Please give me a theory/model that would help support my thesis. Thank you.

GE has developed a method to evaluate job performance that is being implemented in other companies and in the hospital where I work. The system requires that 10% of the employees be given a "0" for job perfermance each quarter. This translates into no pay increase. 5% may be given a "5" which translates into a 5% pay increase. 5% may be given a "4" which translates into a 4% pay increase. 75% may be given a "3" which translates into a 3% pay increase. There are no "2" or "1" categories. The only mandatory category that supervisors are required to assign is the "0" category. Personally, I find this system very unfair. In a department where everyone is doing their best, some will receive a "0" for their efforts, and only a few will really be rewarded for their hard work. What are your thoughts on this. Are mandatory zeros legal? I would certainly like to hear the opinion of a lawyer

Knowing all of the poisons that go into making methamphetamine, and the consequences of ingesting such a drug, why would a reasonable person dare pick it up for a test drive even once?

There is not one single case when a group of people were granted equal rights just out of a sense of justice, or because of "peaceful resistance." In every case there was violence and the threat of more violence.

Considering it's human nature not to give up on one's group privileges, isn't it accurate to say that the only way to produce real change is through violent methods?

I'm just wondering why so many people will buy gifts for other people when they either think they won't like, or they'll never use.
Obviously it's a little different when you're buying things like souvenirs and you really have no idea whether they'll like it or not, but i'm talking about the christmas/birthday gift thing.
And why do SOOOOO many people return their gifts like, the day after christmas day?
