One day describes both- The day I gave my daughter up for adoption. It's open, so I still get pics even now and she is 13, going for her second degree blackbelt, straight A's .etc..I THOUGHT i WOULD DIE THAT DAY THOUGH

I think the best answer possible for this is BIRTH.

Birth was the best and worst day of my life.

A chance to live, to grow and become something. To experience and thrive.

At the same time, the ability to experience pleasure and love and all of these other beautiful things are balanced out with equally horrific occurences, death, loneliness, sadness.

Its why we say sometimes i wish i was just a kid again without responsibility.

Being born is a blessing and a curse in itself - Thus one day we will return to where we came from - the earth.

Hmmm...I think both my best and worst day havent come yet. I had some good moments and bad moments though, but non qualify to be the best of worst I expect. The real happy moments I had were all related to happiness in love, and the real sad moments were moments of heartache. I think my happiest moment will be when I am with the man of my dreams in a long-term commitement. My worst moment will be the death of any of my family members.. I'd really hate to live through that!

I had many, best and worst, but we forget and go on , thinking another best day will come. What was the best day a month ago is now the second best, so it is hard to say. Life is changing every minute, who knows maybe tomorrow will be the best, I hope.

Best days:
High school graduation
College graduation
Every Christmas and birthday I have had.
Every day with my boyfriend, well most, lol

Worst days:
Losing my father in 2000.
Losing my mother in 2006.

I was an orphan by 30. That is hard. I don't think I personally could have changed these days, it's what happens unfortunately and fortunately.

The best day of my life is yet to come. The worst day of my life will be when I expect something bad to happen and it does.
