If you had a choice, (and I realize that some don't), would you rather drive a cheap car and stay at home with your kids? Or would you have the hottest ride and put them in child care? This is not criticizing anyone......just doing some research.

I am so sick and tired of the whole human race and the way we treat each other. Human life has no value anymore. Love, respect, caring, and positivity is all gone from this planet. We are faced with greed, anger, lies, and gruelty. Are we so bored and fed up as humans that we put value to only two things- Money and power? Am I the only one thinking this way?

Suppose you are a daddy of many kids who don't think you're a greatest daddy in the world. You chain smoke your favorite cigars every day which all your kids and everyone in the neighborhood are aware of. Your kids are interested in trying out Marlboro Lights cigarettes. You say "No" to your kids while you smoke your cigar in their presence and letting your kids smell the smoke you're puffing out. Further more, as a punishment to trying out Marlboro Light, you've stopped all allowance to your kids.

Is this not very similar to what U.S. is doing to those small countries they don't like and to any other countries they won't allow the big bombs based on their judgement? In other word, U.S. telling small countries they don't like "Do what we say. Don't do what we do. If you disobey us, we'll wipe you off the map of earth." By human nature, no one likes being told what to do while someone dictating is doing exaclty what they're pohibting. Does this kind of U.S.'s

Ok, I was at a football game the other day and when ever the music came on me and one of my friends would go down and dance. We were just playing arund like wavaing our hands in the air, and playing air guitar, and like shaking our fingers at each other, and this is probably something stupid to worry about, but I'm worried that people will think thats trashy. Tell me what u think from what i described.

just as an example, the colour of your skin. Would you then, in turn, act prejudiced against another human being, such as someone who was Gay.
I am a tolerant person to everyone i come across, regardless of who they are. I do not understand prejudice and would be interested to learn why some people have prejudice and others dont.

Hi my friends.I'm a Moslem from Iran. I would say gay people are not born that way.Their environment has caused them to be attracted to the same sex as theirs. So first of all people need to know that being gay is not a sin, nor it is evil. And also it's not a mental illness. It's the way you feel. It's The way you fulfil your sexual needs. There's absolutely nothing you could do to change your feelingsA feeling is not a sin.My best friend is a gay because he hadn't visited many men when he was a child. And he's a very good and kind person, very clever and honest. So being gay is not a sin by itself. The way you choose to fulfil your sexual needs determins wether you commit sins or not.Gay people must agree that in God's law gay-marriage and sexual affairs between men is a mortal sin.But this rule goes for heterosexual people too when they tend to commit evil deeds such as pre-marriage sex. It's against God's law and a mortal sin.But unfortunately some people think because their government allows them to do so it's OK while it's not in God's law.I think no one has the right to hate gay people because they haven't chosen to be that way.Gay people are just like hetrosexual people as long as they don't commit sins.In my mind some heterosexul people must be blamed for the way they choose to fulfil their needs such as pre-marriage sex.So you'll go to heaven if you live honestly and not to let your sexual feelings to control you and make you commit sins.Thanks.

I read a book called "Too Many People" and one the the thesis of the book pointed out that after a historical population decrease (like the plague) wages and lower and middle class living standards rose significantly because there were labor shortages. Thus population increases always drive down living standards for regular folks. What do you think?

I'm working on a debate project for Sociology class involving the English Only policy which is becoming more urgent in our country. For my part of the group project, I am collecting general information for this topic.

What I would like is to get more information involving people's opinion on the English Only Policy.

Is this a good idea?

Why or why not?

KING: I got you. Back to Iraq. Would you leave? Just leave?
PENN: Well, I think there are three Iraqs. Or there are four Iraqs. And I think that there is something -- you know, I'm not a military strategist, but that puts me on par with our military strategists. So I think that you have Kurdistan. We have an obligation to the Kurds there. You've got Sunnis and Shiites, who once got along. (End quote) Let me educate you Sean Penn you brainless wonder. It is commonly known that Shiite and Sunni Muslims have been killing each since ANCIENT TIMES. Murder over RULERSHIP and REVENGE regarding Muhammad's grandsons killing, by the Shiites, after they invited that heir to come and preach. They (Shiites) have a "Day" to commemerate it by beating themselves bloody, openly on the streets.
