You pose a nice idea, and the U.N. did finally get together and reach an agreement yesterday to impose economic sanctions on North Korea. But even then, there was dissent: Russian and China are against the threat of military force if sanctions fail, while the U.S. and the other major powers favored that possibility. So see? There is already strife. And there are always those noaton who think North Korea has a right to test nucleay weapons.
So no, I just don't see how the rogue actions and sabre rattling of a rogue communist regime will create harmony. We already communicate with other nations, but getting along and having the same agenda is a defferent matter.

i don't know about bringing us closer, but he is scaring everybody for sure
