I studied economics. There's a widely accepted concept of 'disposable income'. That's how much money one has to spend "on a whim". So how much time per week do you think to have to do with however you like.

Consider that humans are 'social animals'. The worst punishment is solitary confinment- which leads to insanity. We need to socialize with other people as much as wee need sleep and food. So socialization, to a large degree is not 'disposable' time- we have to socialize, to some degree.

So, there are 168 hours in a week. We spend 56 hours sleeping. 40 plus hours at jobs. __ hours 'decompressing' (relaxing) after work. Around 20 hours grocery shopping/cooking/eating/digesting & relaxing after meals. We spend hours getting dressed and undressed, doing laundry. We spend some time each week shopping/doing errands. If ya got kids well there's a big chunk of hours.

So tell me, how many hours on average per week do you calculate that you have as totally 'you' time?

We are told that we are free. But we are free FROM many things and not free FOR many things. For example, you are free FROM Buddhism, you are free FROM oral sex, you are free FROM anoying ex-boyfriend, you are FREE from this or that.
In fact, you are free from what has been told to you that is not good and you are free to do things that you have been told that are good.
Let us say that you are in love and you have good boyfriend. You are told that you are free to love him and be only with him but what if you like to change something in your love life?
or you are free to vote for your political party but can you vote for the opposite party?
or you are free NOT to live with your parents. But what if you want to help them and live with them?
You are free to do what has been told to you that is good. What if you want to do or be such person that others so hard try to make you see that is forbidden?

so i a closer veiw everything that is far away ( beyond 3 meters ). thus i always occupy the front seat in my acalssroom though all other student are to move forward a beanch every day.... occupying a special seat in the frist beanch , i am slowing loosing out of my friend ciccle and they have started ignoring me,... i cannot give up this seat as then i would miss all the notes thats given on the board and this year is crucial for me. I dont want to loose my friends . IS THERE ANY SOLUTION OT THIS ????

Dear friends,
I have asked this question before...but due to new developement i am asking again...

3 years back there was a case of call girl racket...in my neighbourhood.
I was a suspected whistleblower due to my arguments with the call girls.
The girls and people who beleived in their innocence got angry with me. The girls and her family started disturbing me in subtle, indirect ways reapeatedly in a pattern. They sensistized me to whistles, spitting, different noises, comments etc. and did it to the level of madness. I got ill . I once complained abt them at a mistake and others made a silence protest by angery looks.It went for 6 months. Then i stopped talking to everyone around in same angry look. They tried to patch up many times fearing they will be seen supporting call girls . But i did not talked to them . Some former boyfriends of call girl were blackmailing her on the same time. They visited the apartment on pretext of meeting me..

I am sure THAT any one can create a false religion in short time and make it live for long time-THAT there are as many false religions as you can not count-THAT many people are following false religions-THAT there is only one true religion (as they contradict each other)-THAT the creator wants me to follow his true religion and he deserve it-THAT he made it my job and responsibility to search for him (by nature)-THAT he made it easy for every body to find his way-THAT following ascendants choices with out any questioning is a big mistake-THAT some one will try to divert me from following the truth-THAT my mind is my weapon in this battle-THAT I have to give some efforts and time to such important issue- THAT logic and not emotions is my light to find the truth-THAT relaying on faith (only) is the misguiding rule (every one has faith in his religion), So help me to collect as much as possible rules to build a check list to verify, test and prove the religions of all of us. the symptoms, not the causes. He encourages me to visit the doctor as often as possible. I told him I am using my grandma's home-made cure system and it is more than enough, it is free and it does the job. Whom should I believe? My friend or my grandma? (Keep in mind my friend charges me $25 for each advise he professes to dispense to me)
