As far as I am concerned the best way is to pray and believe in God on your own.
The organized religions ALL have their hands out, not to accept you but to accept your money...
I have never seen it in the Bible where it states the Vatican should be loaded with gold.
Or the TV evangilists should be riding in limo's from their mansions to the studios.
How can you respect any "religion" that has God for sale???
You pray to your God and you live your life accordingly...

I think you know nothing about religion. Be a good person in all respects. Do not hurt any living organism by you words or deeds and you are following a religion. No religion teaches anything other than this. Only the religious fanantics of each religion will say that their religion is the best. If you follow the best religion of your chice and you are a bad person then what is the use of following one. Believe in you self and do the right thing you are following the best religion and the almighty will recognise you and be with you.

In every society in various space and time certain practices, traditions, do's and dont's becomes necessary to be practiced and the society forms the rules for do and dont and the same is made compulsory to be obeyed.Since without the psychosis of fear of something bad or harmful can happen should they violate the rule of do's and dont's the compliance's can not be achieved and so the Religious stamp is embossed upon those rules so that the best practices for the better society may followed by all.So no religion is false.Just be true follower without manipulating the true meaning and without justifying your deeds by interpretation for your convenience.
Apply the simple rule "believe religious thoughts without contamination " so that it all become true.
Rather you can dare to Launch of your own religion which is universally true for whole mankind.

There may be groups practicising certain values which may be called Reigious. But Religion as such is a sacred name. GOD is one, OK but there are various routes to reach to that Omni-Present, Omni-Scient. What are these routes but different religions. But community creation for a selfish aim under the garb of religion is dangerous. But think of Osho Ashrams all over world headquartered at Pune, is a community based solely on meditation, yoga, et.al may also be termed as religion.
Religion is really time tested, value based system accepted by millions trying to find GOD while on earth.
Religion makes use some sort of idols installed at common places like Churches, Synagogues, Mandirs, Sikh temples, Mosques etc. which are really sacred.

A part of a religion is always real and another part of it may prove to be unreal when viewed from the angle of ground realities. Bread is as much a god as an invisible god which inspire one to do the principles based duties honestly. The invisible god inspire live and let live and cooperate to seek cooperation. Real things many a times become possible with the help of unreal beliefs.

Absolutely speaking, all religions are practiced by humans.
All humans have individual agendas.
Therefore, all religions suffer from the influence of a particular human's / group of humans' agendas.
There is no absolute for you to believe in organised religion.
Seek God at a spiritual level, and you will be less dependent on humans for advice regarding spirituality. Religion is incidental.

Yes, all religions in the world are real but the problem lies in our interpretation of the same. This is why we have fanatics every where who are out to taint the various religion.
You may have heard about "SWAMI VIVEKANANDA" - the great Indian thinker and Philosopher, once a little boy questioned him , "what is Religion?"
To which he replied - " BE GOOD AND DO GOOD " This is what each and every religion teaches us to become.

Religions are not tested by questionnaires. You have to live them, experience them and find if they make you wholesome. And ultimately lead you to completeness, perfection. That is too much to ask from younger religions. They dont even start to understand what it means to be a religion.

The meaning of life is to live your life. You don't even know if you are going to live after death, and so you need to live your life.
