Jehovah Witness...That's all I need to say.

Anyways, Why is it that the literalists (some of you don't know you even are a literalist) nit-pick at the EXACT wording of the question and not realize the underlying contextual importance that had been laid in clear view only to be realized by a little thinking?

Some people who may not care one way or another about something will claim to believe a certain way or act a certain way in a situation to avoid being criticized or ridiculed for being different.
They subconsciously think of what the most popular or most accepted way to think or believe about something is. Rather than being independant or individualistic, they sacrafice themselves to majority thought to avoid scorn and possible retaliation.
Even if someone else violates a norm that they have no strong feelings about, they will scorn that person if they think it will make them look more accepted.

Has anyone else made these observations?

My friend is always calling me and when we get on the phone he never says anything, he can actually take that silence I just do not get it, then when I tell him I'll talk to him later it's "no!" and then I say "ok, you want me to stay so we can talk?" and he says yes then it is back to the silence. I asked him once why he never talks and he says he doesn't know. It feels like he does this just to annoy me.

I am part Lithuianian, Irish, Dutch and French Canadian. Are my children white? They are 50 % me and 50% El salvadorian(Central American Country). Why do I only have a choice of white or caucasion as Ethnic background? Are my ethnic roots not important? Worse yet they ask me my race. As long as I have known I have been a part of the Human race. What are your thoughts.

The reason I'm asking this question is because I took The Work Keys Assessment test about two months ago because it's one of the requirements to get into the Carpenters apprenticeship program. You had to score a level 4 in order to go on to the next step. There was like 4 different tests. Math and Teamwork were two of them. I scored a level 6 on the math part and a level 3 on the teamwork part. This assessment is administered by video and contains twelve teamwork scenarios, each accompanied by three multiple-choice items. The scenarios and items are based on actual demands of the workplace. Selections take the form of video presentations of teams in various workplace settings with a variety of problems or requirements. Examinees must identify the most appropriate teamwork responses to specific situations. I chose the answers that would cause the least amount of conflict, so I don't understand why I failed this part.

Thrill seekers: If you have more than one, go ahead and list them.

Doesn't have to be a physical thing either. Even something like quitting school or a good job.
