Yes, the heat really wears you down when you are not used to it.

Weather conditions can do this or sometimes low grade infections can do this like the ones you catch from the local pool. Slow thyroid and depression are all possibilities or lack of exercise can do this. Best bet if this has been going on for more than a couple weeks go to your Doctor who can run some tests and find out what might be doing this.

It may be caused my lack of motivation to work or your just burned out doing a lot of things that your body is screaming for a break. Try relaxing for a few minutes or giving yourself a leisure like spa or a massage. It'll surely bring your lost vigor back on track.

Hope to have helped!

Maybe it wasn't all heat related in the first place. Is there something bothering you? sometimes you can be depressed and not know it.That can realy drain you or demotivate you.Think about it!

you may need to take vitamins. most people take them in the winter, but forget in the summer (me! i do that).

If you are female (can't tell from your id), you may need some iron. Try eating spinach, oatmeal, asparagus, or liver or other red meat if not vegetarian.
