im asking how hard is it not to ask for death ?

how hard is it not to ask for a stoning
a stomping
a beating to death by tortcherer

and how do i afferm life with the taking of this one ?

and what sentance befits the crime ?
30 years max penitentury being abused by killers and rapists who feel better for doing it ?

this is life and death .... is a life time in a prison worth killing for ? and if so why ?

Every once in a while my boyfriend wakes up from a deep sleep absolutely terrified. Last night at like 3:00 am out of no where he Jumped straight out of bed onto the floor and started screaming as if he was terrified for his life! I have never seen anyone act so scared. It went on for like 30 seconds, then I told him it's okay, calm down. He got back in bed and immediately fell back to sleep. I asked him about it this morning, and he doesn't remember it at all. Why would this happen?

Right, my home-ec teatcher and my class were talking about sleep and when you're sleeping you're brain is resting- but what about when you're dreaming??
When you dream is you're brain STILL resting???

I have my own strong views about this, but am curious to what the consensus of opinion of others is.

Is it considered child sexual abuse if the child "comes on" to, and initiates the behavior with, an adult over 18?

I have all that I need and then some. I despise materialism. Trouble is, I love the hunt. I love finding a good bargain. Shopping, "real" or online, makes me feel good. I enjoy shopping for others as well, like when they need something specific and don't have time to hunt it down. I am spending more than I should, even though I don't buy really expensive stuff, and it's usually a really good deal. I have hobbies and interests, but shopping is still a problem for me. My mom is this way, too, so I guess I saw this growing up. Help!

it just boggles my mind how much common sense has been eradicated in our society. i used to work on the honor board at my school and most of the kids who were charged with offenses walk away with no punishment because there were not enough "facts" to prove their wrongdoing. and guess what? most of the kids after being acquitted TOLD ME that they actually did the crime! but they couldn't be tried again because of double jeopardy. but they lied during the entire procedure because they knew that they had no incriminating statements. just like with oj, just like with burning the american flag, common sense has been eradicated.

my mother is not your typical embarrasing mom who make you beet red by calling you intimate names. She's flat out inmature and almost preteen in her behavior and apparently her thinking process. How do you deal with someone like that whom over the years has hurt you so much that you no longer feel sympathy for her?

I kept dreaming over and over that I took a pregnancy test and the results read possitive and then I had another dream that clashed into these dreams and that was my mom took a pregnancy test and She also had a positive pregnancy test, What do you think this means, Its so weird. A college friend of mine died suddenly last week of a heart attack. He was a young guy too. I can't believe it. Tonight is his wake and I am sick on the stomach about the whole thing really. I didn't really know his family, but am torn whether I should go or not. I really don't want to see him laid out in a coffin when I remember him as being a happy-go -lucky guy and always fun to hang out with. Serious advice only please.

I am 16, and because of the life i've led so far, I don't feel like I can be classified with others of my age group. I feel SO much more mature than people twice my age. When I went into high school this year as a junior, I felt out of place because I felt...just TOO OLD to be there. Everyone around me is just so immature, and they make stupid mistakes and are still makeing the judgement calls they made when they were in elementary school. It's like if you were thrity and placed in a middle school. It frustrates me!!!

Sometimes I feel the same way about adults (cough* my step father cough*)

What can I do to survive my senior year of highschool?

even though you have never spoken to them, don't know them and all they are doing is just sitting in the same room with you...is this normal?

Have you ever picked up how someone else feels and felt it yourself? I've had this happen alot and thought it was just insane but then I'd talk to the person to reveal what I was picking up on was true. Other times if I picked up on feelings of anguish and extreme sadness, I would actually feel inner pain but couldn't bring myself to speak to the other person.

Has this ever happened to you? If so, do you just embrace it or try to push it away hoping it will never affect you again?

Ive often wondered why it is that some people are such optimists and others such pessimists.

Why is it that some people can mope about and feel so sorry for themselves or throw themselves off of bridges when people in much worser conditions can life quite happily? What differentiates the two groups?
