In October of last year, something REALLY bad happened to me. I can't give specifics, but I posted something I shouldn't have on a website something like Myspace and angered alot of people at the high school I will be attending next year. I worry on and off about it, thinking up worse and worse scenarios each time. The people in question PROBABLY know my first and last name (I don't remember if my last name was on the website or not) and know what school I'm coming from. My friends have tried to calm me down, but it only works for a short period of time. It's really starting to effect my schoolwork and overall happiness, and even though the sense of logic in me tells me that juniors in high school wouldn't go to extreme lengths to ruin the life of a freshman for something that happened at least a year ago, my wild imagination always finds a way to make everything seem worse. So, how can I stop worrying? I'm really desperate.

I am a boy, she was a girl, i would never dream of killing someone and consider myself an extremely compassionate person. Am i a sicko or something for dreaming this? Also it was with a gun, back of the head, in school. In the dream i knew i was making a huge mistake but still went through with it. Help?

You know that saying, "Life is all about Choices"? Well, is it really? I mean, does one truly choose his/her own destiny or are there some things in our lives that we simply have no control over? What do you think?

It was really busy in the supermarket carpark this morning and I did what I always do, pull over to the side, let people pass me and sit and wait and my patience pays off. I saw a lady with a trolley of shopping heading towards me. She got in her car, right by my side and I moved forward to give her enough room to get out. I had my indicator on and reverse lights. Then this woman came from nowhere straight into the space. I beeped my horn but she didn't even glance at me so I did it some more, still nothing. I got out of my car, she got out of hers and I was incandescent with rage. Her arrogance and lack of consideration made me lose it completely. How could I have made an impact but handled it better?

I don't want to go! My parents have been trying to get me to go for years. I'm sick of being treated like a weirdo, they just can't accept me for who I am. Now my dad set up an appointment and he says he's going to drag me to the shrink. What is wrong with them? And how can I get out of this. Also, i am almost 18 so are they allowed to make me go?

Do they do this to make it appear to the men as if they are okay with what made them mad? Do they do this to distract them from the reminder of what made them mad? They just chose to bottle it in and not show frustration. I understand that every woman is different but there has to be a pattern here.

Today I was driving and a memory just popped in my out of nowhere- sitting on the porch eating a bag of ruffles cheddar and sour cream potato chips with my aunt when I was about 6 yrs old. Nothing substantial happened that day so why do I remember that particular day? I know that we cannot remember everything that we have experienced in our lives but why do we remember some things and not others?? Some things that I remember are just trivial, day to day things and some things I can't remember, like going tothe state fair as a child (I know I went because we have pictures but I can't remember it).

People speak in incoherent fragments without even introducing the topic... it just sounds like mumbling.

Doesn't it seem like more and more people are just rambling on and on about nothing these days?

Maybe I'm just imagining things but it seems like people are walking around with heads full of "junk info" from the TV and radio...

Perhaps too many medications and angry media are the cause?

Self-made millionaire turned welfare mom; from an Olympic gold medalist to a paraplegic; from a well-respected philosopher to a mentally handicapped dependent--these are just a few examples of outcomes that can greatly humble the most well-rounded and successful individuals known to man. Have there been any experiences in your life that have activated your humble nature? For me, it was losing both of my kidneys to renal failure and gaining the label as a disabled person. What about you? Did the experience affect you in a more negative or positive way?

Serious and mature answers are both desired and appreciated. Thank you.

FYI: To answer one of my own questions, I refuse to allow my condition to control me. I have just learned to accept it and work a little harder towards my goals.

You know that feeling you get when you think someone is sneaking up behind you? It's not periferal vision. Or that feeling that your being watched or you're not alone? What in our brain triggers these.

I never understand how some people can pay for sex. Not in a moral way. But, Isnt it embarassing? Im in asia at the moment where you tend to find a lot of "snack bars" ..no prizes for guessing what the workers snack on. It's not hidden and some men dont find it that embarassing to admit theyve gone. But im sure if i ever went id die of embarassment knowing that whoever was "servicing" me just wanted me to hurry up and finish. So, why DO some people pay?

I work with this guy, and I'm sure we all know somebody like him. He gets very comfortable with people very quickly. He seems to open up and tell alot about himself. Today he was talking about his apt, and how he has it docorated and how he learned it from working with women and when girls come over they compliment him on his candles etc. To me its a bit annoying but I try to understand him. Is there some kind of complex people like him have? Is there a way for him to change? I can understand why he may add in a little "fib" it's obviously thinks it would make him "fit in" but I wonder if its a confidence issue. If it is then why isn't everyone like him? We all have some kind of confidence issue and we all lie. Anyways just wondering...
