Maybe it's just a feeling of vulnerability. If someone you've cared about has broken your trust, maybe it's a result of being distrustful of people in general. Totally normal and nothing to worry about! Also, could be a guilty conscience, like being afraid of getting caught. If you admit any mistakes you may have made, you'll feel alot more free. Hope this helps!

Souls of the dead sweeping through the area. You get that feeling when one of the souls stops and watches what you are doing. They may be complete strangers or deceased relatives. Who knows? The world of the dead is all around you all the time!

Human beings are all connected emotionally. We become HUMAN by bonding and attaching to our parents. This bonding and attachment is done emotionally and this opens us up to feel other people's emotions (fall in love, etc.). Emotions are ENERGY in motion in your body and that energy can be transmitted to others.
This is why even if you cannot see someone you can FEEL them if they are physically close to you. This is why you usually know when someone is lying to you. This is why you know when someone likes you or doesn't like you.

If you're up to something you know you shouldn't be, that's your conscious telling you it's a bad idea.

It's like a certain wave that goes into the air to your protection. Very natural.
