Of course!!! That's what songs are all about. Normally, the muse for a sonng comes from someone/something that has/had a big impact on your life. Are you a songwriter? Well, I write songs on my spare time and they're usually about my bf Pat, or my family, or my best friends. I once wrote one about a guy that was sitting at the end of the street looking for jobs, i felt sorry and sympathetic. So yeah, is what I'm saying, all of the people in your life, even the guys sitting on the street, help you write songs and poetry and just life.

Yes, music can bring back memories of certain people and times in my life. It's interesting how much we can relate a song to a period in your life or a person from your past.

Yes all the time! There are some songs that come on and i automatically get that feeling the person it reminds me of creates. It can be a sad song, but my memory with that song is wonderful, so it makes me smile. Ah, memories.
